I want to explain myself to you and what I read in these words: "when your mind is ill- do at least something good to your body". And this is the problem I have to struggle with. A long period with loads of work, doing overtime, trying to handle office and retail at the same time, no freetime etc all caused through additional shop opening and a lack of staff.
All this in mixture with the impact I exert on myself, the expectations others have, my high responsibilities and me always striving for perfection , have led to a breakdown at work 😶 diagnosis: #exhaustion , beginning of #burnout 😭😓😱 For the first few weeks I was not able to move or to leave my appartment. I was sleeping, leaving the bed only to move to the couch or to use the bathroom. Eating was hard, my appetite was bad and I couldn't imagine to eat anything. Because of the circumstances at work my eating habits went bad anyway and I lost a lot of weight. No time for gym. I felt week as f****. So I did my choise: I did stucked to #protein consuming it every time I have been awake. I couldn't eat a lot. So only 1 #proteinshake or 250g of #lowfatcurdcheese or an egg or an #avocado 😊🥑 etc. This is how my body gained some energy and I was able to start training again. Luckily I haven't lost a lot muscles 💪🏼 but got #shredded now 👍🏼 at least there is something positive in my story ✌🏼 at the moment I am still struggling with myself and going through a very hard time but I am strong with lifting weights again and so I hope my mind will get stronger and stable as soon as well!
