85 presents all bound for the highest needs kids at my school. This is my third year in a row hosting the Secret Santa Giving Campaign and it gets bigger and bigger each year. Such an incredible experience each time. ALRIGHT FRIENDS!!! 2018 is right around the corner and Mark and I have some big plans for our life here in Eastern MT. It will require buckling down on some things 😉. Not ready to spill the beans yet, .....but THIS is something I CAN SHARE. ----- So, these last 2+years, I have experienced some pretty significant physical transformations (let alone mental & emotional)... and I would say 90% of it was due to implementing systems and programs created by 1 incredible super trainer. She literally REVOLUTIONIZED whole food, clean, & portion-controlled eating, and along side it put together some INCREDIBLE at-home fitness programs that fit my #busylife & #reallife . 🙌

Sometimes I feel like I’m living out of car. Constantly packing it every Friday morning and unpacking it every Sunday night.
While I LOVE having the ability to travel, see friends and family, and pick up and go where we want on the weekends…it’s exhausting and stressful.
My house is never cleaned, the laundry is either still in the dryer or folded on the spare bedroom bed, the floors are always dirty, and I’m always thinking about the next trip I have to take to the grocery store.
To say I get the Sunday Scaries is an understatement. Every Sunday I feel like a ball of emotions with so much to do come Monday that I don’t even know where to begin. After all…I work full time, I’m a newlywed and it’s the holiday season.
I’ve used these as excuses to not take care of myself, throw my hands up in the air and just say “there’s never enough time in the day.” We all have the same 24 hours and it’s how we manage our day that makes a difference.
So……we’ve found a solution! A few fantastic ladies and myself have put together a beta test to help overcome those Sunday Scaries and figure out how the hell to manage our time from week to week. There’s even an opportunity for weekly meal plans and grocery lists to eliminate the stress and time that meal planning and shopping takes up.
Best part….it’s F.R.E.E. Yup, just me, you and a bunch of other people trying to manage our time together.
