Loving that the base Hamburger @loadedbybl is an affordable $6 so you can easily just pop in for a burger on the cheap.
But it’s really when you load it up that the eats at loaded come into their own.
Double Patty, Bacon, cheese, slaw, BL burger sauce. It’s like a BL burger special everytime you come and eat here. One that you create yourself.
So so good. #weaccidentallyaburger#loadedbyBL
Homemade goodness: walnut and raisins babka pain perdu with cinnamon, topped with the most delicious and ripe pears and lemon curd. It took me 10 minutes to put it all together. Will share the recipe soon! 🤗😋😍
Jogyesa, Seoul: this is a terrific Buddhist temple to explore with three massive gold Buddha. Very busy with people praying and also eating these cute delicious red bean treats - sweeter than ones in Japan. There was quite a queue, and at the equivalent of 70p for five of them, I couldn’t resist.
What's the story of your life? Had such a precious moment with the amazing @remysansfamine. For eight years he was blind on both eyes. Look at his amazing insta stories, the pictures are all So bright and colourful. I'm deeply touched. Now, after several operations he can thankfully see something. Thank you Rémy for meeting you. The dish was delish: rucola, spinach, perfect sweet fresh figs and lemony cashew crème fraiche.
One final bit on Tapas Molecular Bar at @mo_tokyo!
10. Curry (persimmon, micro curry herbs, lamb, curry, spices)
11. Rocky road (truffle ice, sugar disc, marshmallow, nuts, Oreo, chocolate sauce, nitrogen almond cream, pachi pachi)
12. Pumpkin pie fondant (pumpkin espuma, tart - it is made on the spot with melt-in-the-middle pumpkin!)
13. Rum raisin (Kyoho grape sparkling, grape rum - a real winner!) 🏆
14. After eight (mint, chocolate - save the best for last, also a fav! It is a carbonated chocolate ball which fizzes in your mouth, cleansing your palate. Smoke comes out of your nostrils too! No picture of it since it has to be eaten quickly in one bite)
Overall we very much enjoyed the showmanship of its lovely chef and the stunning view from the 38th floor. We aren’t exactly fans of molecular gastronomy, but try for yourselves! 🙀 #radishnow

Gaeseong Mandu Koong, Seoul: North Korean style dumplings. We had them boiled in beef stock and also in a soup. These were a bit boring really! Not a lot of flavour to them, but because food here in Seoul is really cheap it’s easy to try lots of different things.
I love living in Kambah. Our fav takeaway shop @littletheos is back and it’s only 5 minutes down the road. I literally have the countryside on my doorstep and magnificent sunsets to watch while I drink a local @summerhillroadvineyard Riesling and devour the best potato scallops around #littletheos#potatoscallops#summerhillroad#riesling
Happy Saturday! What are you having for brunch this morning? We’re feasting on the Buckwheat Pancakes with Caramelised Apples and Salted Honey Butter from the @gailsbakery cookbook. Find the recipe on our website now to join us. 🥞
Sate Ayam (chicken satay)
IDR 35,000 (£1.80)
I love this dish because it’s a combination of my 3 favourite things: 🐓, a sweet spicy sauce and BBQing. You can get some form of Satay in most restaurants in Bali, you just have to look around to find the right place. The chicken has to be well marinaded before cooking (usually in garlic, chilli, ginger, shallots and sweet soy), the peanut sauce has to be fairly sweet but also rich (getting a nice dark colour on the peanuts when you brown them adds a lot of depth) and the chicken has to be cooked over coals (for that delicious smoky flavour).
This is from our local Warung and ticks all the boxes. It’s easy to whip up a tasty cheat Satay sauce (e.g peanut butter, soy, lime and sweet chilli) but the real thing tastes completely different and not at all sickly. I added a side of seriously hot minced 🌶 to mix into the rice and the Kangkung (Indonesian water spinach-fried with garlic and served with just about everything).
good morning saturday☀️ what are your plans for the weekend? I’m probably gone make this crisp bread or something sweet or both😂😋If you would lake to make them as well - here is the recipe:
C R I S P B R E A D

1 cup (100g) spelt flour
1 cup (90g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (70g) flax seeds
1/2 cup (70g) sunflower seeds
1/2 cup (70g) sesam
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 – 2 cup (4,5 – 5 dl) water
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the olive oil and water and blend well together.
Preheat oven to 320F (160C) .
Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Divide the dough in two and spread each piece on the separate baking sheets. Spread the dough evenly and divide into suitable pieces with a pizza roller or knife.
Place one baking sheet at the bottom of the oven and the other one at the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, change the position of the two baking sheets.
Let cool completely on wire racks.
