A little goofing off in the workout today did me some good mentally. Also discovered another use of my DOUBLE HOURGLASS protocol. Choose a movement you need to work on and use that as one or both of the elements for the session.

After the 4 minute round I was toast on Bear Crawl and started playing with cartwheels. Dork.

😣🤕 this was my last backlever. immediately after this video my bicep attachment was broken. ❌🏥 My Bicep surgery is scheduled for this friday. After that im gonna start with a long recovery period😤 #NoPainNoGain ?!?! #FML
