I’ve never been a Starbucks person until early last year when I was introduced to the Green Tea Frappuccino! It’s the only drink I get there and it’s delicious. For a long time I thought how good I am in doing handstands and bodyweight workouts. I guess that’s what happens when you live in your own world and you’re not really looking around. Only by training with new people and observing people who do it for much longer, I realized how much I actually have to learn. I’m grateful for it though. It’s the best way to improve yourself and lately I can see and feel my improvement a lot.
