Sorry for the hiatus, holidays are over and my school are kinda hectic because now I'm a 12th grader. But worry not, I will post as usual from now on. But I probably will skip some challenges and write some Bible verses or quotes.
And for today is 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Also I want to thank you guys who has been with me all this time.
Don't forget to give thanks 🙏
Started reading Colossians with @zoemilyzhao yesterday! Thankful for our meet ups, sharing life and reading God’s Word together 😄
‘We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all Godʼs people— the faith and love that spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven and about which you have already heard in the true message of the gospel that has come to you. In the same way, the gospel is bearing fruit and growing throughout the whole world—just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood Godʼs grace’. Colossians 1:3-6 .
Even though I have read Colossians before, this phrase ‘truly understood Godʼs grace’ struck me. It’s amazing how the gospel really transformed the Colossians when they truly understood God’s grace. Through understanding God’s grace and being certain of their hope in Christ, they cannot help but pour out love for all God’s people. .
I want to grow in my understanding of God’s grace that it transforms all aspects of my life and pours out in love for God and for others! .
What book are you currently reading from the Bible? What has struck you from His Word? Comment below 🙂
I've been away for a while as I went back to work after maternity leave. I've been working on a couple of little projects as time allows but for today it's all about drills. Just looking back at this feed shows how important practice time is, and how far you can come with a little time.

When your friend gets married in Indonesia and you can't go for the wedding, you paint a card that's from the heart!
Congrats to @claraathedy on your beautiful wedding, may your marriage be centred on Christ and filled with love and joy! 💕
Back to Calligraphy drills today. There are soooooo many different arty techniques to try & sooooo many talented people posting their inspiring work it's sometimes easy to forget to get back to basics and practice 🖋
Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing two of my friends get married. What's more, it's the first wedding I've been to where my own work is there! Such a great feeling seeing the room for the first time and seeing the fruits of all those hours. Very happy, and very honoured to be part of their wedding. Thanks, Hollicks, and massive congratulations! 💙
Even though this saying is cheesy and overused, I still love it. Whether it's taking a hike through the mountains or going for a long drive.... you never know what treasures you will find along the way. #adventure#laurelhighlands#appalachianmountains
