Loving every lesson of Capoeira so far.
Every moment of composure and flow. And every moment of clunkiness and confusion. 😊
There is so much to this art that I aspire to gain in my movement and it's a long journey towards understanding it.

Today I graduated from my first level at @westendpole! I never thought I’d love pole this much but it’s such a cool way to combine creativity and fitness and it’s just so much fun ☺️ Plus I love climbing things and going upside down like a lil monkey 🐒 Thanks @krystal_spikes for teaching me and taking this photo of me and #tragicmikes 💪🏽
This year I’m running towards everything I did freely without fear as a child. Would always flip on bars outside my school naturally waiting for mum to pick me up or go to my local park to play on the bars. As an adult I became scared to flip on a bar, what if I drop and hurt myself. On a mission now to build my upper body strength and core, my physical and mental strength. Love to Chirova @barzglobal for a blessed session showing me the ropes and for instilling trust to support me to overcome a fear. Highly recommended personal trainer with great descriptions when correcting form that stick in your mind❤️👑 Baby steps lead to giant strides🙏🏽💪🏽✨#fear#love#training#callisthenics#london#barzglobal#osuyee#pullups#inspired#determined#strength#park#personaltrainer
Sometimes I spend my Sunday hungover AF watching all of the Potters, ordering pizza 🍕 for lunch and Chinese for dinner. Sometimes I spend my Sunday answering emails, cooking for the week and swinging around upside down on a pole 🙃 could call it balance, could call it just being me ✌🏼 || wearing @varley from @sportseditteam and @vekkerla #movewithTara
“Do I need dumbbells to have a good workout?” The answer is definitely a no ❌ Callisthenics are a great way of utilising your body and to challenge yourself ✅ At this gym in Notts there were no dumbbells but it allowed me to focus in on body weight movements which are probably THE most important! I’d urge everyone to try and tackle push ups, pull ups and chin ups rather than hitting the weights every now and then, it definitely helps with your mind muscle connection as well as just understanding your body and the way it moves! Bodyweight circuits are so much more convenient in the gym as well - just you and your mind working out is so important!
My Gym brings you one of it's most exhilarating programs - XFit. It helps in shedding more calories as a fuel for muscles. Work your entire body by incorporating more #Calisthenic activities in your workout regimen for the best results. So Karachi are you ready for a greater challenge this time?

Stay fit, y'all.
Working handstand push up variations. Starting from easier to more difficult variations. I was keeping an eye on tge tempo to try increase tge tension of each rep. Working slow around 3 to 4 seconds on the eccentric or way down to the floor. .
Vid 1 is a basic handstand pushup with feet on the floor. .
Vid 2 is a pike pushup. Putting more weight through your the shoulders and arms. .
Vid 3 is a the most difficult of the variations. Only the wall for support. Less reps on this as the slow tempo fried my arms quick. .
Also try keep the head traveling past the hands.
