Day 1 on @liteneasyofficial was great!! Only thing i didnt love was the sundried tomato & ricotta because....i dont actually like sundried tomatos 😂 i may have ordered this lunch selection because i wanted the cheese & crackers 😳
Didnt have time to eat the yogurt and pineapple bite for morning tea , so i have it for dessert . Which was probably better because im a huge evening/night snacker.

This is one of the things I tell my clients.
Sometimes looking at your long term goal can seem overwhelming. When you lose 3lb but still have 100 more pounds to lose, it can seem like you will never get there. This is when so many people get discouraged and quit. Your weight gain didn't happen overnight, neither will your weight loss.
Make small goals to achieve. Slaying those small goals keep you in a positive mind set.
When I first started my journey I set a goal to lose 5 lbs a week. That seemed much more attainable and made it so much enjoyable to reach my end goal.
