I'm aware a couple of weeks ago I said 'this was the last reset', however I ended up not being very well (and soooo hungry!) and then I had a course in Birmingham for a week. I would like to pretend that I can't explain my gained #weight and inches and claim I've been so well behaved, but I've eaten TERRIBLY! I assume my brain was saying 'you can eat all those maltesers you didn't eat for the past 18 months' - I'm talking the more to share size on more than one occasion! I found that on #slimmingworld I would often binge which is not something I've ever done before (to my knowledge). It's a behaviour that I really don't feel comfortable with. I discovered on #thebodycoach that when you have a treat it tastes so much better and I really need to remember that. Anyway, travelled back to Scotland today so just #caloriecounted . I'm not going to amend my submitted measurements for the bodycoach to make me work even harder to show a loss according to those stats!
