There is no way to make this look good but GOOD GRIEF it tasted amazing. This reminds me of exactly why I LOVE slimming world. @spicentice chicken katsu curry kit and the best thing?? It is totally syn free. I didn't use honey or flour and I saved my HexB all day to use as breadcrumbs and it was soooo worth it. Ben is practically googly eyed over this meal so we will definitely be making this again! I said I'd give myself four weeks before starting any kind of diet and as Sienna was four weeks old yesterday today's the day! I've been lucky that I've lost all of my pregnancy weight and more in that time but I was unhappy with my weight before I got pregnant so nows the time to do something! I mean, seeing as you have to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight, why not ensure you're doing it by actually tracking your food intake?

One problem with tracking, though, is it can be overwhelming... especially if you're just getting started. And in my opinion, tracking all three macronutrients can end up getting just as obsessive as every other diet 😰

For example, when I was first tracking macros, I would always end up with some weird ass combination of macros to hit the finish off the day. There were times when I'd be half asleep at 11 p.m. eating tuna and rice cakes... all because I had protein and carb macros left but had already gone over my fat goal for the day.

Nowadays, I take a much more flexible approach, and it has worked wonders for myself and my clients ✅

The first step is to do away with a carb and fat goal. Instead, just focus on calories and protein. As long as you're getting a somewhat balanced ratio of each macronutrient, you're solid.

Next, I recommend setting flexible targets & ranges. For calories, I like to set a 150-200 range. For protein, I just set a minimum target 🎯
- 
Remember, losing weight is NOT about being perfect. It's about being consistent 🔄. If the stress of tracking all three macros perfectly is screwing with your consistency, then try using this strategy to simplify things.

🤳One is not greater than the other and if someone tells you otherwise that is their opinion and it may just be better for THIR lifestyle, not YOURS.

✅ The only thing that matters about all of these is that there is a calorie deficit. If any of them didn't have a deficit they wouldn't work.
