💪👊 Exercise Selection 💪👊 - Because going the gym and doing a ton of isolation exercises isn't going to be the smartest approach - if say weight loss is the goal. Make sure your programming reflects what your actual goal is not just what he/she is doing.

😅 Rest Periods 😅 - This can be so goal dependent, looking big lifts on each set you're naturally going to need more rest time between sets. After burning more calories and keeping your heart rate high then short rests are going to be more suited for you, but you have to be aware you won't be able to lift the same sort of weight.

1.  I don’t have strep &
2.  Their scale says I’ve lost 9 lbs since October 3rd.  My scale says I’ve lost 5.2.  I don’t know the cause for the difference, but I didn’t complain!

Favourite Dinner 😍 Chorizo, Peppers, Onion & Rice - 11SP 👍🏻 Today I was brave and I’m so proud of myself! I’ve always suffered from a fear of blood, especially deoxygenated blood 🤢 and needles! Tom or my Mum always come with me when I have a blood test and today I had to have one for my thyroid! Sadly, time was of the essence this morning and I didn’t get seen before Tom had to rush off to work, only for them to call my number like 5 seconds after Tom had left me in the waiting room 🙄 So, guess who had a blood test on their own today? 🙋🏻 Did I cry? No 😏 Was it as bad as I thought it would be? I didn’t actually wait for one or for a picture on the #selfie bridge as the line was over an hour and cba to be honest. Was lovely though and Ply outback was packed so great. Tea was gorgeous, @icelandfoods SW meatballs which I think are the only thing I like from the range with spaghetti and a sauce made with garlic, GoGo and stock plus a few wedges just to make sure I can’t move after eating all that up :) #holidaysarecoming #cocacolatruck #meatballs #cocacola #spaghetti

- lunch was spicy rice with peppers, onions and a salad with feta (494 calories)
- dinner was a slow cooked chicken and vege soup (which was soooo watery) and some roasted potatoes (455 calories) - also had two rich teas as a snack (76 cals) and I’ve planned out a fibre one and some dark chocolate for pudding! (145 calories)
Finishing today on 1516 calories (203g carbs, 57g protein and 55g fat)
