Cafe rouge for early dinner 😍 shared breaded Camembert and a tian of crab and avocado  to start, and then I had half a chicken, gave my chips to my dad and had tenderstem broccoli instead (I just fancied it, unintentionally healthy 😱) we ordered chocolate fondant but it was rock hard so we sent it back and they gave us another one, which was also rock hard 😭 so didn’t get dessert in the end - gonna say that’s a sign now •

Das Brot schmeckt gewöhnungsbedürftig aber es ist eigl ganz in Ordnung.

Rezept: ⬇⬇⬇
- 280g Joghurt (habe den Natur ungesüßten von alpro genommen) - 4 Eiweiß - 100g Haferkleie (hat nur 360kcal statt 607kcal wenn man es wie im original mit Mandeln macht)
- 100g Leinsamen - 20g Mehl (ich habe Roggen vollkornmehl genommen)
- 1 Päckchen Backpulver
- 1 TL Salz

Joghurt und Eiweiß werden zs verrührt. Danach alles zu einer Masse rühren. Nach 10 min ruhezeit alles in die Form (wer will kann so wie ich oben noch samen dazugeben) und bei vorgeheizten Backofen bei 150°C für 30 min backen

Das gesamte Brot hat 1152kcal. Wenn man das auf eine Scheibe a 15g rechnet hat sie ca 40-45kcal, was ich finde voll ok ist.

Been training for twelve days in a row without rest days. I think I’ve had each muscle group at least three times. I don’t believe in the concept of “overtraining” as long as you make sure to get enough sleep. Not saying that rest days aren’t recommended though. I’ll still take few days off for the extra caloric surplus that I would otherwise burn Lol.

If your eating at maintenance level guess what your gonna stay the same... eating at a deficit your gonna lose weight... eating at a surplus your gonna gain... cardio is a tool to aid in these aspects (losing more while in deficit, eating more while maintaining, eating more gaining but keeping surplus in check) -

Here's why:

When FAT LOSS is your concern, what it really comes down to is the difference between the calories you eat and those you expend. Energy is measured in calories, and if the calories ingested EXCEED the ones you'll burn during your daily activity, you'll gain bodyfat in the long term. -
If instead, the calories ingested are LOWER than the ones you expend, you will lose fat no matter the type of activity. -
This means that, YES, in case I would have put "2000 calories" instead of "2500" in the second example, the cardio dude would have increased the rate of fat loss because the activity would have brought the daily calories to 1500, because : -
2000 - 500 = 1500

However, that doesn't necessarily mean that Cardio = Fat loss, because it still depends on how many calories you eat & expend. 🤷🏻‍♂️

👉🏻Cardio can and SHOULD BE USED be used as a TOOL to increase energy expenditure, and as a result of that increase fat loss. -
