It's a combination of round bottom (hehe) #steak, #parsnip, #rutabaga (or #swede if you're #english), #carrots, #onions, #redwine, #tomatoes, #tomato sauce, #garlic #kidney #beans, and some seasonings.  I #browned the steak in a mixture of #flour and #chili powder and then made the sauce with the leftover flour, wine, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Necesitarás:
💚 1 taza de brócoli, cortado en pedazos pequeños. 💚 2 cdas de aceite de oliva

💚 1 cda de queso parmesano/asiago o de tu preferencia (opcional, no lo utilicé)

You're busy .. I get it! Here's another  quick low cal meal using a SHORTCUT- Trader Joe's frozen Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry with green peas , red peppers, grilled corn , tamari,spring onions, sesame oil & ginger. ➡️Stir fry chicken tenderloins for approximately 4 minutes and set aside.
➡️Stir fry the cauliflower mix for approximately 6 minutes and add back the chicken to warm.

Here's another quick low cal meal using a SHORTCUT- Trader Joe's frozen Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry with green peas , red peppers, grilled corn , tamari,spring onions, sesame oil & ginger. ➡️Stir fry chicken tenderloins for approximately 4 minutes and set aside. ➡️Stir fry the cauliflower mix for approximately 6 minutes and add back the chicken to warm. ↔️That's it! No big deal 🤷🏻‍♀️ I seasoned with Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Aminos and it was delicious. You could use the protein of your choice.. shrimp 🍤, meat 🍖, tofu 👩🏻‍⚕️If you are serious about losing weight , you must cook more of your own meals so you can control exactly how much and what you are eating.
