Many of which I had to estimate because I had a family dinner and went out for Chinese food in the morning opps. But after some experience in tracking macros, I can sorta estimate things that aren’t on MyFitnessPal which isn’t 100% accurate but I am still somewhat on track with my calories and macros. . .
Shout outs to @jyau10 for the idea of adding: protein carbs and fats as a (food) you create in MyFitnessPal so all I have to do when I️ estimate is  to punch in how much protein carbs and fats I think my meal is and yeah. BASIC FOOD NUTRITION 101 1g of CARBS and 1g of PROTEIN is 4 calories and 1g of fat is 9 calories 💪💪

Not to mention, doubling up the protein is well worth the extra couple dollars 🐷 Try new things with it. Maybe substitute guac instead of cheese, add beans, etc pending on your macro targets 👌🏽

Salt *if desired (I used McCormick garlic sea salt grinder)
Sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil 🍶
Spoon into muffin pan
10 eggs 🥚 
1 cup cheddar cheese 🧀 (I used sharp extra light cheddar by Cabot)
1/3 cup flour
Pepper *as desired (i used McCormick garlic pepper grinder)
Top off spinach mixture with egg mixture, bake for 20-30 mins
