Ahh America, the land of the free refills, jumbo everything and McDonalds meals where our large is their small. If you’re a food lover like me, GET READY for some of the best fast food you’ve ever had. 99c Pizza in NYC will forever be my favourite 🤤 Closely followed by Shake Shack! Honestly you foodies don’t know what you’re in for 🇺🇸 As far as camp food goes, our camps food wasn’t too bad! By the end it did get a little repetitive and a bit sickening but we had nothing to complain about. We’d have bagels and salmon, hash browns and eggs, Lucky Charms coming out of our ears, Quesadillas, Pizza, Chicken Salad, Chinese, Spaghetti and Meatballs and Cook Outs! We always had a big salad and fruit bar too, so whenever you’d feel a little sick from all the American food (it takes getting used to!) at least there was always salad to help ya feel fresh 😂 #campamericanz#campfood#americanfood#iamCA#3summers#skipnzwinter

Happy #NationalHotCocoaDay ! We wanted to share with you our favorite hot cocoa hack: Nutella 😍. When we don't have any of cocoa mix on hand, a dollop of Nutella in some warm milk is all we need. Check out the recipe below.
-1 cup milk
-1 tablespoon Nutella
-1 toasted marshmallow (optional yet highly recommended)
-Heat the milk in a small pot until just barely simmering, being careful not to scorch it if using dairy milk.
-Stir in the Nutella until completely blended.
- Serve in a mug with a freshly toasted marshmallow
We want to be wolves, not the weak, domesticated dog. We know the laws of evolution and understand that we live in a fragile world, the only way for us to grow our iron like robustness is to consistently challenge our physiology.
Much our my work and writing revolves around the concept of hormesis. The idea of providing the body with periods of short-term, adaptable stress with the goal of building resilience and strength, engaging our natural biology with incredible health being a by-product of the exercise.
Hypoxic training in the cold water against a strong current, when done in a controlled way comes with tremendous benefits.
The famous Lakota warrior Crazy Horse is rumoured to have had an iron cloak which protected him from harm. His incredible resilience was a by-product of his environment and his necessity to survive to look after his people, for us the rules are still the same but our environment is drastically different therefore we need to implement strategies to achieve the same result. A great afternoon spent with my brother @scottlogan03 pushing boundaries.
