Nashville skies just don’t quit! A spectacular sunset was matched with an equally beautiful sunrise in the rear view. #liveriveted
Image came out blurry but I was able to salvage it by turning it into a “painting” thanks to the Brushstroke app. 🎨
The linoleum peels up under the dusty baseboard heater and @theLumineers remind me of a stretch of feeling that I haven't visited in a while, wistful and familiar like coffee on a dock alone at sunrise or a bitter IPA in a sushi restaurant at a table full of people I don't know.
It's a cool and sunny Sunday morning and the roasted vegetables taste exactly like mid-October should.
I'm gently rolling shaking off the soreness leftover from days of walking through the desert and the ten snowy miles I hiked yesterday.
I danced eyes closed body leading like I do every week, and I ran in the rocky dust looking west at yet another heart-stopping sunset.
Every fucking day is an adventure that fills my soul to bursting. Every day I do something new.
I'm getting stronger, but it's possible that miles and hours of using my body as a vehicle for play has done some damage and today I'm noticing with increasing clarity that I only have the one so I'd better start taking good care of it.
For days I've been so saturated in experience that I almost feel hungover - maybe I drank too much sky, too much wind, too much sun.
Or maybe I'm strengthening my heart in more ways than acclimating to the altitude - maybe capacity to fill and fill and fill with love is a kind of fitness too.
I know that I can stretch and expand in ways that today I can't even begin to imagine.
The most beautiful, sacred kind of growing pains a human can experience.
What a gift.

Took a solo trip on the Tetons. Drive was a tad boring, but it felt good to have some alone time and connect with myself 🙏🏼 Excellent!

Our good friends @nativetroutaddict and @catcaya just returned from a trip to Southwestern Utah. Not only did they come back with some rad photos, but they spotted some other folks using @tillakgoods gear in the wild (Now we feel cool!). Cheers for sharing the photos and the story guys!
no ones ever here but the lights are always on
and if you want to know what it feels like when they’re gone
its living with the fear that a love was never there and every day moves on and it moves without a care #🌌 #nightsky
↟↟↟ The frost sparkled like diamonds on the forest floor, and the dust kicked up from the hiker in front of me looked like a thousand dancing fairies in the light of my headlamp.
➳ We had already been hiking in the dark for at least an hour. It was taking significantly longer tonight hiking back from the Core to our camp in the Snow Zone, my body far from happy with the 25-30+ miles of strenuous hiking I had put it through in the past few days.
➳ But far stronger than any pain or exhaustion was the image of this beautiful place in my mind. We had spent the day in heaven as far as I knew.
➳ Simply put, the Enchantments hold true to their name... walking through a forest of golden larches, along mesmerizing blue lakes was nothing short of enchanting. Even in the dark, frozen night the magic was alive. Wonderful pic

Garwin Falls, New Hampshire:
Stoked to find a near by adventure in the beautiful foliage in New Hampshire. With only a short hike it brought a lot of people but it was such a rad waterfall for sure. It’s always fun having a whole photography class walking all over the waterfall moving things, crazy that people disturb nature just to get a better shot. Hope everyone had a rad weekend!🤙🏻
Yesterday while we were hiking we met a woman in her 60's who lives and travels in her vehicle, and has been doing so on and off for 40 years. We walked with her for several hours and sat with her as the sun set at the mouth of Nevada Falls. She gave us some tips on stealth camping, told us of climbing here in Yosemite in the 80's, and how she climbed the Nose on El Cap at 24 weeks pregnant. I was captivated by her stories, every word inspired me and embodied who I want to be. One thing that stuck with me was this sound piece of advice she left us with: the more you own, the more your world begins to shrink, but the less you own, the more you can be open to the world. When we parted ways, we hugged and she told us that we give her hope for the future. I wish I would have told her the same
