I was fuming. But I couldn't turn it down. I ate it and immediately regretted it.

hold 2:00 for 1 min
300 meters 2:10" pace
100 meters 1:50"
300 meters 2:15"
row for 3 mins light (2:30+)
then 3 mins for time (do not blow up, stay consistent and build to the end )
If you're an experienced rower take 10 seconds off the recommended time. If you're not experienced in rowing, add 10-15 seconds to the pace and focus on control and form.
