I started photography 5 years ago and strive to be a #professional . I’ve been beaten up & criticized by someone whom I admired willfully taking my money and learning nothing but defeat and a broken heart, BUT I fought back harder then ever and here I am standing amongst the rest. I fought like hell to play at the highest level in collegiate sports and made it to the top. I fought amongst 1,000 applicants to get hired at my full time job in my first try. I used to call this my Ivan Drago run. I could run this stretch in under 25 minutes last year. Today, after 8 months with a bum foot, I got back at it and it took me about 40 minutes. #backatit#fatkidproblems#cantstopwontstop
FIT is NOT a LOOK. It’s what you DO. You ARE fit. Stop telling yourself you aren’t fit TIL.... what’s your “til”? I say this because I said to myself “I’ll be fit when I look like _____” and I was WRONG. And you CAN have a standing great “look” and a moving “not so much look” Fit means “in good health because of regular exercise” (it doesn’t even mention eating well 🙄) that’s the definition. It doesn’t say in order to be fit “one must obtain a killer physique, or fit in a size 6, or be 138 pounds” it’s doing the thing. So please! Remind yourself...if you are working on yourself, with whatever form of exercise...and working on your health...Woman...you ARE fit NOW. You’re just “aiming” for a “look” while you continue to BE fit. Check yourself! #fitaf#fitwomen#fitmom
