Chi mi conosce sa bene che io non sono il tipo da minestrina e zuppetta, mi piace affondare il dente e la forchetta in qualcosa di consistente e abbondante tipo scodella enorme di pastasciutta 🍝, ma chi mi conosce sa anche che a me piace provare tutto, non mi tiro mai indietro quando c'è da sperimentare cose nuove e assaggiare nuovi sapori... Quindi eccomi qui armata di cucchiaio di fronte a questa zuppa 🍜 di verdure... E cavolo se è buonaaaa! Devo dire che mi ha veramente stupita! Delicata, saporita, con tutti ingredienti naturali! In una parola: perfetta! Dopo ho concluso il pasto con una bella fetta di carne e altre verdure e tutti i macro che avevo per pranzo sono stati rispettati! Nell'occasione voglio anche ricordare che non seguo diete dimagranti, che non voglio appunto dimagrire, ma solo seguire uno stile di vita sano, facendo sport e mangiando in maniera corretta. Agli occhi di molti (principalmente di coloro che non praticano sport e sono lontani dal mondo del fitness o del ben vivere) potrà sembrare una vita di sacrificio, ma per me non è così. Receita
1 ovo +1 clara
50g de abóbora cabotia cozida
10g de de farinha de aveia
10g leite em pó (usei integral)
1/2 cc de cúrcuma em pó 
1/2 cc de de fermento
Adoce a gosto

Bater todos os ingredientes no mix ou liquidificador e forno em forminhas de de silicone por aproximadamente  uns 15 minutos.

So the first phase is done. Zen days of #keto ... Now after my first meal with a lot of #carbs I feel again like a human ... I think it would have been easier with a meal plan and if I had thought about what to cook before. So I ead always the same with just small changes. Now phase 2 starts with kinda #carbcycling ... I am looking forward. And I am looking forward to working out again. In Thema last days my #workouts looked more like walking with extra weight on me...after ten days I lost 10 pounds - mainly in the first week. So at least I am down under 300 pounds. Zur next goal is 130 kg, where I need to loose 3 more kg .... Thank @drakesladky to help me go this way and to the whole #rcfnfamily motivating ne .... #betterme #Transformation #ketogenediät #keto

Ecco, per me il banana bread è questo, un rituale, una coccola che dà un inizio super 🔝al mio sabato... Macros 420 kcal 78c 32p 7f 
Ingredienti 
200 ml di albume 
60 gr di fiocchi di avena 
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci 
1 cucchiaino di cannella 
1 banana matura (100 gr circa) 
5 gr di cioccolato fondente 85%
Preriscaldare il forno a 180°. Frullare i fiocchi di avena fino a ridurli in farina, versare in una ciotola, aggiungere la cannella, il lievito, la banana schiacciata (tranne 2 fette da usare per decorare), l'albume e mescolare bene. Versare l’impasto in uno stampo, adagiare sopra le fette di banana, infornare e cuocere per 40 minuti circa o comunque fino a che è dorato. Quando è cotto aggiungere il cioccolato spezzettato

What I love about this sport is the ability to change your body composition at will. I wanted to talk about 2 fat loss methods that I implement at the end stages of my cut to get to the 'shredded level' 🍕

1️⃣ Intermittent fasting - I typically fast for 14-16 hours a day and eat all my food within a  8-10 hour window. Not only is this more satisfying when you are eating in a caloric deficit but it stimulates lipolysis. Fasting has so many health benefits for your body in general from better insulin sensitivity to brain function (if done correctly). Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is utter bullshit. I eat my first meal at lunch time - sometimes later. 
2️⃣Carb cycling. I'm currently on 127g carbs from Saturday to Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday I have higher carb days where I bump it up to 227g. What this does is it actually stimulates more fat loss by inducing a fat burning hormone called Leptin. This method also helps preserve muscle tissue. Carbs + burning fat - sounds damn good to me 😉 ----------------------------------------------------☝️️Science brah

When your sheep shearing friend @amberchp999 asks you to be her "plus one" for dinner, you go! I ate my face off. A salad and soup, a huge plate of lamb curry, lamb chops, lamb moussaka and then came the dessert! I cleaned all 3 plates. Zero regrets. Now we fast.
