Wednesday was not a blue dot day.l for me. I have been feeling really hungry over the last few days and not drinking as much water as usual which has resulted in a huge increase in my appetite, especially carbohydrates. These are always my go to when I’m feeling tired or fed up but I was honest in my tracking so my weeklies took a huge bump. I’m not worried though as I have 3 days until weigh in and I have planned my food for each of those days. Chilli is currently in the slow cooker for dinner and tonight instead of rice I think I’m going to have some salad. I can’t undo yesterday but I can be accountable and plan better. My Fitbit has been keeping me active and I have walked to work a few times this week due to the weather so hopefully that will keep me out of the danger zone of a gain ✖️ Desperate to get under my next stone bracket and only 4.5lbs stopping me from getting there.

Mirepoix of 2 parts Onion to one part carrot and celery. Sauté in oil till fork tender. I used @thepomegranatemarket Ready cut up veggies. Genius I tell you! Im always to cheap to buy them 🤔. Add Kosher salt and fresh black pepper. Sauté till fork tender. Add 8 cups boiling water. Add those skinny packaged Soup thingies. One Vegetable, an hour later add one Minestrone + 3 TBS Tomato Paste ( taste and season accordingly ) Here I added white pepper as its nostalgic to my Grandmothers cooking. Cook 45 min or more 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️. Ten Min before done add the spice packet mix thing. Love my use of the word thing.
