Wednesday was not a blue dot day.l for me. I have been feeling really hungry over the last few days and not drinking as much water as usual which has resulted in a huge increase in my appetite, especially carbohydrates. These are always my go to when I’m feeling tired or fed up but I was honest in my tracking so my weeklies took a huge bump. I’m not worried though as I have 3 days until weigh in and I have planned my food for each of those days. Chilli is currently in the slow cooker for dinner and tonight instead of rice I think I’m going to have some salad. I can’t undo yesterday but I can be accountable and plan better. My Fitbit has been keeping me active and I have walked to work a few times this week due to the weather so hopefully that will keep me out of the danger zone of a gain ✖️ Desperate to get under my next stone bracket and only 4.5lbs stopping me from getting there.

Cut the top off of an acorn squash, scrape and discard the seeds from inside. Rub the “fleshy” part of the squash with a little coconut oil, then place upside down on a cookies sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast at 375 for 30 minuets. 
Cook farro or quinoa according to package instructions (usually a 2:1 ratio of water to grain, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, cook for 15-20 minutes). When grain has finished cooking add 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, a sprinkle of nutmeg, a handful of dried cranberries, nuts & seeds of your choice (I used sunflower seeds, crushed pecans and almonds), and a tiny dab of coconut oil jut so the mixer does not dry out. Stir and cover. Let sit for just a few minutes to let the coconut oil melts and cranberries soften. Stir in a drizzle of molasses and maple syrup if you need a little more sweetness. You can also add your favorite protein to the mixture! I have added garbanzo beans and Tim has tried chicken, ground turkey could be good too. Kale is another great addition!

Calories: 302

1.) Toast 2-3 @vansfoods whole grain waffles 
2.) Mix 1/2 scoop @1stphorm cinnamon roll level-1 protein + 1 tablespoon Greek cream cheese + 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk in blender
3.) Pour mixture over hot waffles and sprinkle with cinnamon

I braved the storm. Went to work. Went shopping. Made a soup. #Win
Mirepoix of 2 parts Onion to one part carrot and celery. Sauté in oil till fork tender. I used @thepomegranatemarket Ready cut up veggies. Genius I tell you! Im always to cheap to buy them 🤔. Add Kosher salt and fresh black pepper. Sauté till fork tender. Add 8 cups boiling water. Add those skinny packaged Soup thingies. One Vegetable, an hour later add one Minestrone + 3 TBS Tomato Paste ( taste and season accordingly ) Here I added white pepper as its nostalgic to my Grandmothers cooking. Cook 45 min or more 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️. Ten Min before done add the spice packet mix thing. Love my use of the word thing. 
I’m also totally ok with it.

This all vegan and organic Mexican restaurant was on my list of “must visit” places in LA! From the famous CBD oil cocktails, to the unbelievably fluffy and buttery plantain french toast, to the chimichanga, biscuits and gravy and roasted cauliflower- the whole meal was exceptional!
