Probably should've fought the urge and not checked, but I did. Talked about what happened in my previous post with my sister.
Looked up her bib time and it's 15min slower than my worst personal time and 26 min slower than my best.
I hate that a part of me is so competitive, that it would've killed me to see her go out, party, get shit faced, sleep 3 hours and get a better time than me.
I've run minimum 15 halfs and 1 full - this picture is from 4 years ago at my 1st and only full marathon - I won't ever do it again. I was so sick and disgusting, but miraculously it's very hard to tell.
Had some other shit go down with my dad this wknd, but not ready to talk about it. I'm just so sick and tired of being sick and tired. This battle is so uphill. Fuckkkk!
BANANA CHOCOLATE PB PANCAKES 🥞🍫 Your girl didn’t have a lot of carbs left to spare for the day, cause its Sunday and you’re home all day kind of eating thing you know? 😂😝 So I made it fit the macros by throwing in some Chocolate Chips into my usual @kodiakcakes protein pancake mix along with 1 scoop of @vitalproteins unsweetened collagen for that extra boost and then topped it off with @chiquitabrands bananas, some more chocolate chips (im all about that chocolate), crumpets of @simplyprotein cocoa raspberry bar (so recent find cause of the super low amount of sugar in these babies!) for a crunch factor and finally some thinned down @bellplantation PB2 to get it all smothered 😻

My everything hurts but I’m officially 2 weeks through 🙌🏻 They sure have gone by faster than I thought but I’m sure the end of this year is going to by even faster as the holiday season starts. 😅
During this time of year, many gain an average of 7-10 pounds just to have to work it all off with their New Years “resolutions” all over again.
I’m looking to help women in my next challenge group to break that cycle and end this year STRONG 💪🏻 When we start this challenge there will be 8 weeks left of the year and that is plenty of time to lose and average of 8-16 pounds even with the holidays while still getting to enjoy them.
