A lot of you have been asking what I put in my coffee! Here it is! Mct oil, collagen, sugar free sweetener, and cashew milk! I switch it up between cream and almond/cashew milk depending on what’s in the fridge! And of course my usual bacon and eggs. Perfect start to my Saturday! 🥓🍳☕️
It was a #nomakeup#facetofacefriday kind of day! 2 years and about 50 lbs difference between these two photos! I remember when I saw this photo on Facebook, I untagged myself so fast! I was mortified. My attitude towards pictures has completely turned around, I no longer avoid the camera! I’ve worked hard and I want to show it off. Hope you guys have a kick ass Friday!

💜It has zero bitter after taste like coffee can have
💜I felt very awake going into the hospital today

If I’m honest, I’m struggling with some of this. How can it be “healthier” or “better” to dip my cucumber in ranch dressing than homemade hummus? Some of these “rules” don’t make sense to me. I’ve been happily #Keto for almost 6 months now. I am doing daily research, I’m always reading, and the #carbsarethedevil philosophy eats at me. I believe in veggies. I’ve upped my carbs to fit in more—there should be multiple categories for carbs. I eat whole, unprocessed foods almost explicitly, and honestly I’m cutting out what little processed, fake fiber filled #frankenfood is left. But what of the unprocessed carbs? The chickpeas, the black rice, the quinoa. I don’t know. It doesn’t add up to me. #myketo might need a small revamp. I love Keto, NOT GOING ANYWHERE I just want to stay on point from a nutrition level and not demonize foods that don’t deserve it, because, well... isn’t that what got us here?

Workout 13/200✅ did arms today! Didn’t have my partner in crime (someone didn’t want to wait until I had finished my shift at the hospital 🙄). But I got it done! This arm workout made grocery shopping a little more difficult, but got that done too! Feeling super accomplished today, I worked out after my hospital shift and did some meal prep. Here’s to a solid Tuesday, and crushing those goals!🤟🏼💪🏼
