Pasta with pesto and lots of tomato, cucumber and corn 😛🌿 can we just take a moment to think about how easy and delicious it can be to eat vegan. No innocent animals have died for this meal and I get all the vitamins and minerals I need through a balanced vegan diet ✨go vegan peeps ✌
My focus so far hasnt been in loosing weight. But now I want to loose some of My belly this year. Hope to lose 10kg ’til end of summer and then another 10kg to next summer.
When I think of How much of me that consists of belly, its quite scary 😬
Cancelled my workout today and feeling very good about it 😊 and not because I'm lazy. I'm actually convinced there is no such thing as laziness 😎
But there are:
🕸 things you hate doing
🕸 lack of energy in general
🕸 lack of motivation
So all these symptoms can't be treated with the same remedy. In my case I'm just tired and a day off is what I need now. With my work I'd go deeper and try find out where is the weak point or something I don't like doing. And then I'll try to motivate myself so much that there is no doubt I should do something I'd hate doing.
So the plan today is to relax and catch up with the stuff I haven't done this week. And get ready for a new one 👌

Dinner tonight was 1/4 sweet potato, zoodles in a cream cheese garlic sauce and some buffalo chicken wings. I’ve been eating more carbs these last couple days. I’ve gone from 10-13 net grams a day to 16-20 net a day. I feel like I still need to get between 20-25 net a day to feel less moody. I’ve been doing carb-ups at night (like a sweet potato) and FINALLY the scale gods have been good to me. After 3 weeks of no movement at all, I was down 2lbs last night. I think that I was eating too less carbs and my body was like “oh hell no” and not releasing weight. Today was an impromptu carb up day....no I did not full out cave and eat the cake. BUT while baking and cooking for my littles party I was taste testing and snacking before I even realized it which leads to more carbs than normal, especially since I ate half my typical daily carbs in my brunch this morning. Tomorrow will be an intermittent fasting day for sure!
