June 1st I decided to start reverse dieting. Which basically is adding more food in slowly each week
My weight fluctuates between 139-141 (I'm 5'6") these past 3 weeks which is awesome with the increase of macros! I should have taken a pic on day one. My goal is to get my macros higher so I can eat more food 💁🏼, duh!😂 🍕🍳🥓🥗🎂🍰🍦
I feel good, I feel I look about the same as when I started.. let's see how this goes!! I want to be in the 300g carb a day club! 🎉🎉🎉 #reversediet
Finally back at the gym after a few days off, probably much needed days off... just a good cardio session and some foam roller action. Physical therapy again tomorrow and hoping I don't end up in pain again... time to get back into my routine because I got some goals to reach!

I'll take it.... along with all the veggies, some burger patties and the occasional halo top when the macros all work out.
