Solitamente i perdenti si lamentano sempre, trovano delle scuse per i propri fallimenti..
Invece c’è chi dall’altra parte li ascolta, annuisce e continua ad andare avanti a testa bassa.. #motivation#teambodystore @body_store_official
staying in routine is super hard while on holiday 😣 but we’ve decided to give ourselves the first few days off (with the occasional sunset workout) then back into full swing when we move onto our next spot (with a gym and all!!!) as much as my body is enjoying some relaxation - I’m already missing my workouts and feeling a huge difference... back at it soon though 💪🏼💦
Har lige lavet mit første træningsprogram til en anden person, og er super spændt på at se hans resultater. Hvis du også kunne tænke dig et program specielt til dig, så kontakt mig over DM og lad os komme igang!🤘🏽💪🏽
A few years ago, as my journey began, My biggest obstacle was ME! I needed to lose weight. I realized, however, that statement needs to be as specific as possible. ‘I need to "Lose weight" was too vague. What exactly did I want to achieve and how? Why do I want to do it? Asking these questions is so helpful. I needed a goal. I put on quite a bit of weight (400#) in a short amount of time. (Fat is easier to gain than muscle, through bad habits). I was lethargic, unmotivated, and really unhappy. Part of it was health problems. Hip replacement, blood clot issues, hyper tension, pre diabetic, heart attack, and More. The other was depression. So many surgeries. Many personal problems. And after all of that? No motivation. I wanted to, no, i needed to feel happy again. How? A plan was set in motion. Here's how I started. I wrote it down. Goals needed to achieved. I kept a paper-and-pen food journal, but it never lasted more than a few days. It was time-consuming and inconvenient to calculate all those calories, hundreds went unaccounted each day.
So now, thanks to modern technology, I have a food journal on my phone and got into the habit of logging all that I consume right then and there. (Notice the word HABIT). Food, exercise, and supplements.
I made attainable short term goals, which turned into big ones. And I gave myself a time limit. The Dub #reset90 was the perfect platform to really push myself. The numbers don’t lie. My resting heart rate was 120 and 170 #’s 4 years ago, a very unhealthy body. Now? Can you honestly say your resting heart rate is 55?? Mine is. I changed my thinking. I changed my body.
