#UPDATE The #ThomasFire in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties expanded by 2,500 acres overnight as the unrelenting blaze entered its ninth day Tuesday. Winds pushed the fire west overnight, increasing its total area to 234,200 acres. Fire officials said the blaze is making its way further into Santa Barbara County, threatening the communities of Carpenteria, Summerland, Montecito and surrounding areas. Tracey is back and checking hives. We are adding sugar water with essential oils because the bees are reluctant to leave the hive with all the smoke. Several hives have absconded. The longer the smoke lingers the harder it is on the bees. We are doing everything we can to help them. We also left honey and lenons for the hosts to help with sore throats. #thomasfire#carpinteria#beesafe#superbeerescue

// CHLORELLA // one of the great DETOXIFIERS to capture and flush out heavy metals and toxic ash residues. This is another great way to keep the body clear from all the toxic overload due to the fires. Just add a teaspoon or two to a glass of water, a splash of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Drink this on the daily for whole body protection, to purify your blood, and promote glowing skin.
They were able to put in Fire perimeter or black line behind the ranch last night. This map shows how large this fire is and the number of fires our area has had over the years. It looks like they are able to get about 5% containment per day. Early tomorrow there is projected to be strong winds.
