4 oz Turkey 93/7 - 160 calories, 0 g sugar, 22 g of protein, 0 g carbs
Each medium size carrots - 25 calories, 2.9 g sugar , 0.6 G protein, 6 g carbs (I normally don't add carrots, and it still taste good)
Bok choy per cup - 9 calories, 0.8 g sugar, 1.1 G protein, 1.5 g carbs
Cook 1 lb ground turkey in a pot (I got lean turkey) with pepper and salt
After it turns brown add minced garlic (1 clove)
Add water with veggie of choice (I did bok choy and carrots) bok choy shrinks so I add about midway amount of water
Optional - Add pieces of tofu
Shimmer until veggies are soft
Optional - eat with steam rice
Wok and rolling for Stir Fryday! Caramelized garlic and ginger. Salt/pepper. Broccoli, bella mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper and shrimp. Tossed in habanero sake soy sauce from #williamssonoma and rice vinegar.
