Fat for fuel ⛽️ MTC oil, coconut butter, collagen peptides, coconut flour, cashews oh baby 😍 I am training and refueling differently this marathon than my last. I'm using fats for fuel because the brain is 80% fat and rather than 3p slump de dump I need that energy to hit that workout hard and strong! Everybody is different I play around with different theories and ways to make my body perform at it's best which might not be the best for the person standing next to me.
