So, continuing my journey to healthy eating (and a slimmed waistline), I'm trying out new dishes; the aim - delicious, flavorful, veggie including, no - low carb having, easy to make, dinners that I actually enjoy. Today was a winner! Perch (my first time preparing it and it was....delicious), Pan seared with some olive oil and garlic, seasoned with pepper and lemon and a dash of salt - accompanied by grape tomatoes and cauliflower rice with pepper and lemon 😋 yum to the yum yum yum!!! #glutenfree#lowcarb#yum#dinner#food#eats#healthyfood#homecooking#cauliflower
Omg it's so delicious 😋 definitely making these golden miracles for Dinner tonight for friends! You can make them too! All u need is some cauliflower & an egg! Boom 💥 done ✅ 150g of cauliflower can be more if the egg is large! Shred the cauliflower so it looks like rice and mix it with the egg! Put in the spices u love, i've put in smoked paprika, pepper & some Italian herbs and cook it in the sizes and shapes u like. No oil needed just put them in a non stick pan and within minutes it's ready! No precooking or removing liquids... 2 ingredients and done ✅ enjoy :) so healthy, low carb low everything but high in nutrition! What more do u want?
Ps: u can change it to ur liking... add mozzarella cheese 🧀 or maybe some shredded chicken 🍗 or mix with other veggies 🥕🍆🍅🍠🌽 have fun with it
Brown rice pasta with cauliflower in a vegan spinach pesto sauce! The pesto was so easy to make! In your food processor, add a couple handfuls of organic spinach, 1/4cup pine nuts, 1/4 cup almonds, one clove garlic, 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast. Turn on and slowly add olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt and enjoy!
From where I stand this smells as good as it looks! I love to use grains and legumes as a garnish...and in this roasted cauli salad the lentils and chickpeas are exactly that!! Dinner tonight! A twist on steak and potatoes! Peppered petite round angus steak, potato, cauliflower mash, and grilled asparagus with avocado dijon mustard sauce and parmigiano reggiano cheese. This was filling, delicious and with a fourth of the carbs of regular mash potatoes but still has the great taste. For the mash I used 2 medium sized russett potatoes with a head of cauliflower, throw some sour cream, butter, coconut milk, garlic, thyme, rosemary. You got yourself a winner. After spending the last week in Newport with good friends and good food it's time to get back to my #healthyeating . Tonight it's a first with cauliflower taco salad for me and tacos doe him. Mmmm #heaskedforseconds

I'm on my period and I need me some cheese. So this was so good! Hidden veggies are #cauliflower and #carrots . Going to try a different veggie combo next time just for fun but this is really very #yummy !
My Favorite Veggie Seasoning!
2tsp smoked paprika
1/2tsp black pepper
1/4tsp Himalayan Salt
Mix with 3 TBSP OIL (I prefer Coconut)
Best basted over veggies for most even coverage!

Bake on 425 for 20-30 min
