Wew my 100th post here!!! 😎😎😎 thankful for all the love & support I've received from my #calligrafriends - there have been so many of you reaching out and going out of your way to write an encouraging comment or even DM in response to my caption (where I'm sometimes just rambling away hehe) 😂🤗 and I love how some of us from all over the world have been keeping touch using DM :)) super thankful for that 💕💕 I love how helpful everyone on this platform is!! I would sometimes comment to ask how this particular technique is done, or what pen/paper was used, and time and again, I would receive super detailed and helpful tips & pointers!!! .
Of course, thankful to my real life good friends & family who follow me here too ❤❤ thanks for the support esp when i seek validation to ask if it's nice or not HAHAHA. Also, I think I ramble a lot more here than in my actual insta LOL cos well I started out being anon here I guess and whailettering was kinda set up so that I may practise writing/doodling what i was feeling or reflecting at that moment 😎 .
And of course, my love for tirelessly encouraging me to letter and post and for funding a lot of my materials and always looking out for more for meeee 😍 you've been the inspiration behind most of my posts and captions teehee 😘😘😘
I know 100 posts is really little but for someone who's known to be kinda flighty with hobbies and w short attention span, this is truly a feat HAHAHAH and more imptly, I love how therapeutic it is and how it allows me to rmb how I felt as I was going thru that day / in that moment / when I was on a trip. I hvnt been lettering as much as I'd like cos of work and prep and all, but I'll definitely wanna keep this up!!! 😙😙😙 .
On a side note, looking fwd to FRIYAY plz, I cant wait to avocuddle w my hubbyyy 😂😂😂 .
"If you have any word of encouragement for the people, say it." Acts 13:15
Our current morning worship series is the book of Acts, and a recent sermon included this text in Acts 13. .
This inspired me to do something I can do: make prints of one of my hand-lettered originals, the Lord's prayer from Matthew 6:9–13, and place them in a basket in our church as a gift for any who come through its doors.
Accordingly, we have placed a basket on one of the Narthex tables, containing some prints of a hand-lettered original Scripture or encouraging words/Scripture-related print. These will change over time, but if you would like to take one to keep or give, please do. .
I hesitated to post this, not wanting glory for myself, but just to encourage you to encourage others and do whatever you can, whether it is a spoken word, written word, A bit of help, a gift, or a prayer!
Soli Deo Gloria ~ ALL Glory to God! .
With kindest regards, and love, Nancy ❤️
It's been a really weird couple of weeks. Kind of like a fog really. I'm taking steps to find time during my day to just find 5 minutes in the midst of toddlers to take breath and focus on the One who gives me breath. Luckily, @christablackgifford served up these beautiful Meditative Moments and today is day one.

I love it when someone displays one of my prints and sends me a picture! 📸Thank you, Dana for sending me this one of "Faith Hope and Love"! Have you decorated/displayed/encouraged someone with my artwork? 🖼
DM me a picture and your story behind it! ...and thank you for loving my work enough to own, gift or display it. Soli Deo Gloria! ❤️🌿
I am following @calligrabasics and I am inspired by their community of #calligrafriends . Although I am new, I hope to be a part of these amazing people and learn from the process. So, let's start the journey ✨
