I wanna chat about going dairy free! I'm not intolerant to dairy, but I experimented with making my own plant based milks a while ago, and I noticed changes in energy and my skin! I've had bad breakouts for a long time, and no matter how high my vitamin levels are when I go for my checkups, I never seem to have the energy. For the last few weeks I decided to cut out dairy and my skin cleared up, had a glow to it, (assuming it's because of all the vitamin E) and I could actually wake up naturally in the morning without six alarms. A week of going back on dairy and my skin is a mess and Im tired again! I know everyone is different but has anyone else experienced anything similar? I'd love to hear if people have seen other changes since going dairy free too!
I tried these @tescofood battered cod fillets and I liked the fish in side but I wasn't a fan of the batter (everyone in the house agreed with me). I think the batter just didn't look too great and it just wasn't the best texture! Have you tried then and what did you think?
