I love helping out super new lifters because there's so much mis-information and BS out there regarding strength training. If I had someone design me a logical program and fix my 💩 form 4 years ago, I'm sure I would be much further along than I am right now. Melt a few tbsp of butter and marshmallows over low heat. Then take off the pan, add the cereal, and flatten on a plate. I let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting out the 💗

Just got back home from a dance less with my dear friend @littlebeastfromthenortheast ❤ I decided to take this class because I LOVE TO DANCE! It makes me happier than words can explain and I also wanted to get more comfortable in my body.
Even though the chronic pain was eating away at my hip flexors, lower back, and basically my entire lower body, I made the most of class 😊 I always thank my lucky stars I am a former athlete and am used to being in pain (thanks, rugby ❤❤❤) because I'm able to tune out the pain in moments like this.
Anyway, the class is called Chairlesque, it's super fun, and I may or may not have a video to show you all at the end of the session 😎
