Ladies and gentlemen please add a HIIT workout twice a week. It takes just few minutes and it should be considered the “secret” for your body goal.
It’s super easy to build your own HIIT workout routine:
-The goal is to elevate your heart rate for a brief period, followed by resting for a given period SO you can train a 1:2 ratio (sprint for 30 seconds, rest for 1 minute)
-Mix 3/4 exercises between all your favorites(Skillmill, AirBike, Burpees, Push-Ups, Lounges, Pull-Ups, Squats, Jumps, Twists...)
-Maximum effort during the sprints -10/15 mins in total
