Cannot believe the changes I've seen over the past 6 [now 7] weeks with #chaargbootycamp. Not only have I seen some physical changes, but the mental + emotional differences are huge. I'm so much more confident in my body, I've gained confidence in the gym, I like the way I look in my clothes again, I'm eating to fuel my body + actually have an amazing relationship with food now. #CHAARGexec challenge: Prove yourself wrong // I always thought that I was too self conscious + awkward to post a shirtless picture. Well, @chaarg has taught me that even if I am awkward, I should *never* be self conscious. We are all beautiful in our own ways + although it's a lot easier to preach that + tell other people, it's sometimes hard to believe it yourself. Feels good to be working towards completing the #chaargbootycamp πŸ’ͺ🏼 I did week 3's arm workout yesterday + booty workout today, along with running 2 miles each day. This is the first fitplan that I haven't gotten in my head + beat myself up over not pacing myself with everyone else (++ this is my 9th fitplan lol). I am slacking on working out due to the end of the semester sprint so I squeezed in an old fitplan workout [patriotic punch] + jammed out to #chaargbootycamp beats. Recipe ⬇️ * 1 10oz container of already cut and peeled butternut squash * 1 1/2 cup unsweetened plan almond milk (more if want a thinner sauce) * 5-6 tbsp of nutritional yeast * 1 scoop @vitalproteins Collagen peptides (can be left out) * 1tsp turmeric * 2 tsp salt (add more if desired) * 1tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp pepper

Roast cubes of butternut squash on 425 degrees until soft about (35 minutes). Let cool. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until reaching your desired consistency! Then just add to your favorite paste :)

❁ Since classes start tomorrow, #runchaarg is underway, and #chaargbootycamp is now over I figured an inspirational and updating post was in order ⚑️ Bootycamp was so fantastic for me! Because of bootycamp, I am able to post this bikini picture with out feeling any sort of self loathing and for me, that's truly amazing. Since the end of bootycamp, I've been preparing for school and nurturing a cold. But now, my cold is gone, I'm back on campus, and I am ready to RunCHAARG!! Relaxing on my porch after another #chaargbootycamp repeat workout. I have been seriously lacking on drinking water lately so I decided maybe if I get a super fancy water bottle I would drink more. And BOOM it worked. My @yeti keeps my water super cold throughout the entire workout and I now drink more than enough water. Now to enjoy my last week of vacation! #postgradCHAARG #wearchaargwednesday

Confession time: so during the #chaargbootycamp I felt amazing, I kept up with the workouts, I did my cardio, I did most of the challenges and I felt amazing, better than I have in awhile [I still had my bad days and blah days but the good days outnumbered those] but then during week 6 I was out of town for a whole week which was amazing [I explored the Oregon coast and celebrated my friends wedding] but I haven't been able to get back to where I was during the bootycamp since coming home. I have felt unmotivated and very blah most of the time. I skipped the gym more times than I'd like to admit and I just don't feel as good. I've been in a slump and im@slowly climbing out of it. The struggle was real after and 8.5 hour work day on my feet for most of it and then pushing myself to hit the gym tonight. Everyone's journey is different but we all experienced these ups and downs. I am just trying to remind myself to love myself and be positive throughout every stage. Happy #trainingtuesday!
