hi yโ€™all!! sorry for the weekend disappearance, my parents came up for the weekend. but iโ€™m back on day 4 of #thegoal30! i started off my evening with some destress yoga with my awesome small group! then afterwards my original goal was to run a mile straight, but when i started running i realized it wasnโ€™t going to happen today. i ran .6, which is less than last week, but iโ€™m sure iโ€™ll get my mojo back! instead i did one of my other goals of deadlifting over 100 pounds and i lifted 115 today!!!!! ( video is of me lifting 115!) ๐Ÿ’ฏ iโ€™m so proud of myself and iโ€™ve come so far in such little time! so i ended up running/walking 1.55 miles, biking 2 miles and doing a leg lift day! also i had the most delish dinner and it was done in 3 minutes!! i keep a rotisserie chicken in the fridge, i cut some up, heated it up, added buffalo sauce and ranch and a side of mashed potatoes and bam!! logging 2.2 bolts today โšก๏ธ for a total of 32.2 #syracusechaarg #chaarg #chaargeats #runchaarg #chaargon #inchaarg #thegoal30 #girlswholift #deadlifts #legday

I've gone to a couple work out classes & been going to CHAARG obviously but still haven't worked up the courage (or enough motivation ๐Ÿ˜ณ) to go on my own because i'm such a beginner i'm not sure what work out I would even do, how to use the machines, etc. SOOOO if any of you guys, whether I know you or not would like to go to the campus rec center this week or next & get to know each other & get a quick work out in that'd be awesome bc I'm always looking for new friends ++ REALLY need someone just to show me around / how to work some equipment & it'd be fun too ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰ #ucchaargcincysistas  #ucchaarg  #chaargeats
