#spoileralert My offerings to a #Hanukkah party. #challah attempt. The first loaf braid was totally awful, but I got better on the second one. Not too bad for not having made challah in about 25 years. I did the bulk fermentation in the fridge overnight and let it rise again to room temp before I formed the loaves. Egg wash went on twice— once before baking and then again at the 15 minute mark. Smells good!
