Two years of die hard dieting negatively affected not only my relationship with food but my digestive disease which became overwhelming and unmanageable.
I've come a long way with both but this will forever be a work in progress.
I cannot truly be an intuitive eater nor can I follow nutrition dogma.
Instead I have continually learn what works best for me while trying to achieve my goals. My priorities have surely shifted; feeling well and health are my priority; money cannot buy you either of these things.
No one has the secret sauce; you have to find it through patience and determination.
So many lessons and many blessings in disguise.

- Keep in mind that this is my first ever actual attempt at halloween makeup 🙄
I only used a @maybelline Master precise liquid eyeliner and so it was easier to fill in I used a black @illamasqua Matte lipstick. 💄 to create the shaded in parts and outlines ect . 👻
- it isn't the best, neat or tidy. There are some patchy parts, but like I said first attempt. I'm also not the most artistic person 😂
- Every halloween I spent it with one of my best friends we have since we were little, it's out little tradition💕. This year I think we are staying in watching movies and eating unhealthy, but extremely tasty snacks. 🍬🍫🍧🍩🍕🍟

This journey of fitness and health is lifelong for me now. That being said it's easy to step away from good routines and fall back into poor decision making resulting in wright gain, decreased energy and motivation.
Through my online challenge group, I took part in a 3 week challenge using Beachbody's workout programme 22 Min Hard Corps.
In 3 weeks I have lifted my energy, got the good feelings back for 80% of the time making good decisions and have lost some weight and can again see small beginnings of abb work.
It only takes one choice to make a change. How often you make that choice determines results.
Just about a month ago we were participating in @runmageddon and tomorrow we do it again. 💪🏃To be honest this is very spontaneous adventure, with almost no preparation, as for a #hardcore in #Szczyrk#Poland with #21km distance and 70 #challenges , but for sure that will be fun😅👌😜
