I DID IT!!!! 9 weeks of being committed to a program. Back 63 days ago, I didn’t think I could do it and I didn’t know if I’d like these type of workouts. But if you want to see change, you need to challenge yourself. 👊🏻 Usually this program is 3 weeks but I loved it so much I kept going!! 😁 Here I am 63 days later and I feel amazing!! 🙌🏻 I loved this program so much, I did another workout from it today!!

Oh happy day it’s Monday!!! There was a point that my Monday’s were once filled with dread and negativity. Not saying there aren’t a few here and there that get the best of me. 😏 But for the most part I look forward to Monday’s. It’s back to consistency, meal plans, and kicking my ass 😜. Still prepping for the upcoming program which I am getting more and more excited for with each day approaching. Along with the “New Year Reset” group I’ll be doing in tandem. 200lb yoke and 225lb frame carry medley for speed. Trying to break that 16s mark is going to be tough but I’m going to make it happen.

I saw @gymnasticbodies post this and loved the idea of using bands to experiment with new skills so I had to try! Even though I bashed my head on my pegboard on my first try 😂 i absolutely loved this and will be trying again.
