I tried a new workout today and was all excited that it was only 18 minutes...and then I got a little nervous because you know it’s going to be hardcore if it’s ONLY 18 minutes. 😆😳 But it was so good!!

It's crazy to think that the photo on the left was 6 years ago! The one on the right isn't as up to date but you catch the idea! So much has happened between then and now, only gratitude can be had for all the amazing change that has happened in that time. Mentally/Physically dedicated and always progressive. After traveling all day Wednesday, enjoying two days of fun in New Orleans Thursday and Friday and traveling all day Saturday, it felt good to get back out and run!
Today's run: tracked 5.35 miles at an average pace of 9:04 min/mile. 1:17 faster than my usual pace for this distance. 🏃

Today should of been Day 15 for Shaun Week, but instead it became 8 Count Abs from CIZE because my internet DID NOT want to work this morning and still doesn't want to work.
