💯 This is one of my biggest hang ups. My past keeps trying to rule my future. Fuck that!
I realized that I am scared to throw away my comfort zone, I know I hate it but I keep hopping back into it. I don't like where I am, financially or physically (I want to move out of this little town I grew up in) but I keep on staying here for some reason or other. 🌵☀️
So I keep telling myself to CHANGE IT! But I keep getting caught up in the small details, instead of trusting the Universe and believing it WILL and IS happening for us.
My past is filled with scarcity and never having enough of something. My childhood was very frugal. I know that was my past and that it doesn't have to be like that now, but I dwell on that scarcity and frugality so much I keep manifesting that instead of abundance. 😏
NO MORE!! I know I am working on changing it, but I gotta redouble my efforts in changing my mindset. Part of that is just trusting that the Universe has my back. Another part of it is tripling my energy into my business! I am determined to be my own boss! I am getting rid of my Plan B, C & D. 😊 💞
I'm ridding my brain of the mindset that money is scarce, it isn't! Its everywhere, ready and willing to help me! 😍 💵💵 Thanks for reading, I know I tend to rant, but its my way of working through whats weighing me down and putting everything into perspective. What do you do to help get yourself though limiting beliefs? I'd love to hear how your manifesting your dreams! 🌸🌸🌸
It's easy to slip back into old habits. Easy to remember what use to be and what I use to have. Easy to feel sorry for myself. But I've been working hard to find my new routine, allowing myself to get outside my comfort zone, and accepting that it's a tough journey forward. My last year has been one of the most challenging times to get through, but I made it. And that's a win for me.
Love Saturday morning workouts~ clockwise push-ups, lounge rows, squat to arm raises and Sumo burpee, renege row to upright row. I may not move as fast as the video at times but my form is way more important than speed to me. Also got in a few mile power walk with my bestie. 💪🏼♥️🏃🏼♀️. What got you out of bed today? If your kiddo’s are in sports, do you try to fit in a workout?
Today was truly a dream come true ❤️😍 first we tucked it out, then we celebrated with the most delicious homemade goodies + champagne, of course 😊🥂 The studio was buzzing with energy and smiling faces and my heart was FULL. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came out to celebrate. I am so thankful and very excited about what lies ahead for our #barmethodwayne family!!! 👯❤️
Today was nothing less than a good day. 8 weeks to go. 💪🏻
I had 13 of the 25 guys down at the gym today to kick off the #8WeekPeak transformation challenge I'm holding and I couldn't thank them all enough for parting their time - I said 30 minutes but think I harped on for well over an hour. 🤦🏼♂️
We all introduced ourselves and our goals and I gave reason behind why I was doing it and went through & answered any questions about the rationale behind the protocols I will be expecting them to follow over the next 8 weeks. Other than that it was generally just good to be able to put some faces to names and reach out to more people. 💪🏻
A chance to learn, change & motivate one another as well as challenge not only themselves but myself too.
Looking forward to this. 🏋🏼♀️

This is the last pic I'll post of this set. This was a fun photo shoot because it was different. It's fun trying something new and challenging myself to get out of my comfort zone. Lifting has pretty much been my only hobby, and now it's fun adding modeling into the mix. 🌹
Spent sometime shooting today..Im not saying I'm a be great in all areas when my business get going but I want to make sure I have some knowledge of what's going on.. won't out slick this City Slicker😘.. " Seriously tho I was looking for a book for dummies and photography" but Im getting the hang of it. "To be a successful "Boss" you have to step out of your comfort zone" #bossgirls
22 pressups a day face your oppositon enjoy you do it
Decided to dropp to my knees.... But is not easy days when you feel annoying ticklish movement in your back
If you close eyes and can to lye is quite nice even makes you having really nice mood
But when you moving and feel also itchy that makes you sometimes overthinking and feeling little bit down or not able to do some things.
Had an amazing kickboxing class, this morning. Was the first group class ive ever done. As a child and teen, all I played was team sports. Soccer and basketball, select and varsity levels. But I was tormented and bullied and ended up quitting when i got to highschool, when the bullying became too much. Its insane what that kind of torment does to a soul. But years of healing, growth and discovery. Ive found myself and my confidence. I was able to walk into that class today, by myself, without needing a friend and kick ass. I pushed myself and had a great time. I definitely feel it in my shoulders, from punching the bag so hard. The car accident really jammed them up and I have a lot of issues still, but nothing stretching, ibuprofen and biofreeze cant fix. 👵I loved their promo of Getting free gloves with my classes and now, to buy a bag for my garage 🥊💪 you wont grow, you wont succeed, unless you listen to your heart, push yourself just a little bit more and step outside those comfort zones. Every day, im learning and growing. And becoming a better version of a person im already quite proud of ❤💪 #happy#kickboxing#goafterit#goals#life#betrue#bekind#fitness#loveyourself#challengeyourself
Double plank challenge today! First was to plank in your favorite place, mine is always outside:) second was @ocrguychallenge #plankathon alternating high/low push-up position for 30 seconds for a total of 3 minutes!! Let’s just say the first 2 mins I did ok, the third however, not so much👎 drop to my knees for a 30 recovery and made the 30 sec high hold but only 15 sec in the low hold the last minute. I love how challenging the #plankathon is getting as we approach the end of the month! It’s hard but so good 😊 #parkplanks#fallfun#challengeyourself
