It seriously kills me to see people spend their hard earned money on toxic food and drinks. Let's be honest, we all indulge from time to time, but I'm talking about the habitual fast food runs, the Starbucks addictions and the "fake" health food with trendy labels that are actually super high in sugar/calories and low in nutrients. One of my favourite breakfasts that is not whole 30 is an oatmeal bowl with all the yummy toppings. It's easy, quick to make, delicious, and not an egg. 😜reintroducing oats today has never tasted so good!

We don't do 100% strict keto diet. We mostly want to get rid of the inflammation in the body. We do eat fruit and drink wine, but only when the fruit is in season and it comes from organic farms. Same with wine. We only drink wine when we are abroad there on the spot where they make it. We eat organic chocolate and we even can have some ice cream if it is made out of organic ingredients and not too sweet (that's very hard to find) but both chocolate and ice cream we eat in tiny tiny portions and max once a day. This time around was very different. #tigerblood came sooner and I found it easier to stick too! I love that I have a new found love of cooking healthy foods and know what foods fuel my body. AND I love following all of you and seeing your yummy eats so that I can now only enjoy healthy fuelling food but DELICIOUS tasting food!

I gave birth 9,5 months ago. I don't work out and I eat as much as I want. Also I haven't had a cold since last November. I think everyone must know that the quality of our lives depends directly on the quality of our food. The big brother wants us to be constantly sick and unhappy surviving on cheap chemically forged mass produced food. But I know you are smarter than that. Almost done the #septemberwhole30 ! One thing I plan on sticking too is opting for sparkling water instead of juice or wine with dinner. (Wine on occasion though, because #foodfreedom ) .

After visiting the apple orchard I've been putting apples into so many meals! ❤️🍎 .
My #whole30 lunch today was sautéed mushrooms, garden fresh tomatoes (👩🏼🌾) bacon, chicken and apples on top of a bed of spinach with some #whole30approved caesar dressing from @maisonorphee .
Now if only the weather would start matching my fall meals! 😊
The #whole30 has not been easy. But I'm already seeing so many #nonscalevictory wins that make it SO worth it!
✅ the biggest change I see while on the whole 30 is my spike in energy. Even with getting max 4 hours of sleep some nights with a teething baby, I still have energy and get things done through the day (with minimal caffeine!)
✅ another benefit has been my mood. After the first week or so i just have been happy - almost as if things are clearer and I can stay on the optimistic side in many situations. I believe it makes me a better mom and wife and that is absolutely worth it!

After a sweet (and delicious) breakfast I needed a savoury and spicy lunch. I sautéed up some veggies and lamb roast leftovers with some @goodfoodforgood taco chile sauce. Added a couple pieces of bacon and I #putaneggonit
Needed a switch on breakfast today. Eggless breakfasts are key to not getting bored while on the #whole30 . This apple pecan cinnamon hot #breakfastbowl by @paleorunningmomma was perfection.

Even though it's hotter than summer right now here, it's still fall and that means cozy easy meals. I made a large pot of #whole30 chilli and froze some so I can quickly enjoy a bowl. 😋
I'll take the colder temperatures now too so I can add in comfy sweaters and big socks! (I'll probably be regretting this in a month or two when temps drop below zero!) 😂
