Manon!! YAS! What are you guys?
I'm on the fence about rereading ToG because I don't remember much of what happens, but I'm also torn because I feel like I should be reading something I haven't read 😂 but I think I'm gonna reread it!
hey guys! i took new pictures but i'm not super thrilled with them...oh well! this photo is one of my favorites out of them all though and it features one of my favorite items from the dawn of terrasen @flickthewick box: a gorgeous print by @dreamyandco!
this was fitting since i was tagged by @giota_the_reader for #bookquote ages ago and i'm finally getting to it! i've tagged some accounts but feel free to do it if you want!
Today's #sixofcrowsseptember prompt was fave fictional squad and it's no secret the love I have for the characters in this series. Although I like all the characters in the Throne of Glass series, I have an IMMENSE love for all the ladies because they're so badass!
Also, today's prompt for #frenchiefantasyseptember was friendship! We all know how amazing all the different friendships are in this series 😊

QOTD: Who is your favorite fictional lady?
AOTD: Like most of you already know, I live and breathe for Manon and Nehemia and Elide 😂 I just can't choose!
Back to reading Tower of Dawn today. I haven't been overly enthralled so far but I'm not even half way through yet so should probably give it some more time. I hope we get to see Yrene in the next Throne of Glass book, I'm really liking her character so far. What you reading at the moment?
(SPOILER FREE) REVIEW:
Being reunited with Chaol was the most amazing thing in the world! Although, I was really scared going into this book because Sarah J Maas has given Chaol a lot of crap throughout this series. Despite that, this book was awesome and exceeded my already high expectations.
I loved being reintroduced to Yrene Towers. It was great to see how much she's grown from The Assassin's Blade to now.
My favorite new character was Sartaq and the ruk birds. So cool!!!
This book left Mr with a couple new ships that I'm so ecstatic about! The romance has always been my favorite part of Throne of Glass and ToD did not disappoint.
I really can't wait for the final book and to be reunited with the rest of the characters! 📚📚📚
Nesryn Faliq from the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. •
Nesryn, girl, you knew I already liked you in QoS, but girl, it only took me about two chapters of ToD to love you! YOU KICK ASS! I knew she was a badass but we hadn't gotten the chance to really see it in QoS but in this one? Nesryn was shining so bright in this book. She had a strong voice and will and her POVs were a true delight. Plus, I mean, if you've read ToD you probably know she ends up with someone and THAT SHIP GAVE ME LIFE. And now I LITERALLY cannot wait for the next ToG book to come out for a lot of reasons, but one of them being that I want to be reunited with that couple again, they were so much fun, and I'm dying to see their relationship grow further *cough* smut maybe? *cough*. •
TOWER OF DAWN (THRONE OF GLASS, #6 ) - BLURB (DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T READ QUEEN OF SHADOWS):
~ In the next installment of the New York Times bestselling Throne of Glass series, follow Chaol on his sweeping journey to a distant empire.
Chaol Westfall has always defined himself by his unwavering loyalty, his strength, and his position as the Captain of the Guard. But all of that has changed since the glass castle shattered, since his men were slaughtered, since the King of Adarlan spared him from a killing blow, but left his body broken.
His only shot at recovery lies with the legendary healers of the Torre Cesme in Antica—the stronghold of the southern continent's mighty empire. And with war looming over Dorian and Aelin back home, their survival might lie with Chaol and Nesryn convincing its rulers to ally with them.
But what they discover in Antica will change them both—and be more vital to saving Erilea than they could have imagined. ~

My US editions of Throne of glass 😍 I have a mix of UK and US covers when it comes to this series, but I prefer the US ones. I like the colors and the spines much more. 😅
Which TOG edition do you prefer?
