Blood On The River 2017. Boucherie. There were many amazing plates, dishes, pot of stews and bites to enjoy at this years boucherie. Each dish made from scratch with the utmost passion, dedication and patience to give each protein and ingredient the time it deserved. So many amazing chefs, growers and farmers gathered to enjoy and share tradition, skills, laughter and make new memories together while cooking on the edge of the river. This was my favorite bite of the entire day...roasted goat, cheese and pickled onion on a grit cake. AMAZING. PERFECTION. FOOD LOVER BLISS. Blood On The River 2017 was fantastic...looking forward to 2018. .
