Guys, I finally did it! I perfected my protein hot chocolate! It was perfect for this chilly November morning. ☕️
It's a about 225ish calories. (Only say ish because I don't measure the milk). I'm hoping to pick up some almond milk this week or next to try it with that instead of skim milk. But swipe right to find out what I use to make it and some nutrition facts on it! I know there are mixed emotions about using sweeteners, but, I use just barely enough to give it just a touch of sweetness and this morning I added a small touch of some French vanilla creamer for some added flavor. I did not put that on the list of ingredients and nutrition because I don't always use it. I also use the natures bounty because I have to be careful of my iron intake due to a medical problem and it gives me a lot of other benefits while keeping my iron down and in check! I hope you like it if you try it! It's a small, warm, and perfect breakfast for me for the winter and I'm so glad I started trying it out! 😊

My heaviest deadlift since returning to the gym. 1x1 at 122.5kg... not gunna lie, it felt tough and I can see my technique isn’t as strong as it was 😒 More things to work on in the coming few weeks! Other than this, I had a fucking epic session at the gym and walked out feeling so gewddd 🙌 Days like today make me feel on top of the world 🌎 Stoked with those powerlifting newbie gains... Been Fighting My Stomach This Week, Nothing Sounds Appetizing. Started Skipping Meals And Wasting Food. When I Am Eating I Find Myself Taking Bites And Washing It Down With Water As Quick As Possible Just To Swallow It. Upper body 'pull' session pretty successful. Weights still increasing so that's all good 💪🏽👍🏽 then started by thinking I'll have a 20min light jog. Turns out it's really difficult to lightly jog when listening to Capdown 😂 almost ended up skanking around the gym! I also wanted 5k done so the result...37min50 5k jog. At least it was slower 😂
Very pleased overall though now it seems I have a million calories to eat...again 😂
