I felt fucking great today while squatting! After 6x4 sets I decided to try new PRs and I did just that! +40lbs |300/315| You can hear me yelling at my spotter to stop touching me! 😂 “I fucking got this!” Also set a new PR on reps with leg press 500/520! It’s still a long road ahead! Walked away today with a very positive attitude and feeling like I have finally accomplished some goals already! Within 3 weeks!!!

So I really dislike the treadmill .. But I love me some full body HIIT cardio ... 💪🏾💪🏾I attempted to do 3 sets of 5 🔥🔥Complete killer ... Will be tackling these during my next cardio session going for 10 reps ...
It was date night tonight, so my husband and I went to Outback and then went to see the new Jumanjii movie. Normally at dinner I have a steak and a baked Potato with a TON of butter on top and two things of bread before the meal comes. 🙈 .
Tonight we both did well though! Our food consumption hasn’t been the best over the past few months with holidays and daily life stress, but we did well! I went for the grilled chicken with MASSIVE pieces of broccoli and a side salad with Italian dressing. I don’t really like BBQ, so the sauce you see pretty much looked the same when I was done. AND, there were NO concession stand purchases at the movies so that’s a win for us! I’m so ready and pumped to be back on track and keep crushing those goals of mine for 2018!
Haven’t posted on here in a while. This time of year is busy in the best way and FULL of traditions for me and my family so when it comes down to it, that will always, always, always come first in my book so with all of that on top of getting sick again my workouts have been on the back burner a little bit. But, although it was my first Christmas without some pretty important family members, it was absolutely amazing. We had snow, I spent time with those I love the most, all the gifts to and from were awesome and it was just a really great day. I hope all of my #fitfam had a magical holiday as well. .
With all that being said I am SO ready to get back into the gym today! There is no sense in waiting until the new year to keep hitting those goals! :) .
Guys, I finally did it! I perfected my protein hot chocolate! It was perfect for this chilly November morning. ☕️
It's a about 225ish calories. (Only say ish because I don't measure the milk). I'm hoping to pick up some almond milk this week or next to try it with that instead of skim milk. But swipe right to find out what I use to make it and some nutrition facts on it! I know there are mixed emotions about using sweeteners, but, I use just barely enough to give it just a touch of sweetness and this morning I added a small touch of some French vanilla creamer for some added flavor. I did not put that on the list of ingredients and nutrition because I don't always use it. I also use the natures bounty because I have to be careful of my iron intake due to a medical problem and it gives me a lot of other benefits while keeping my iron down and in check! I hope you like it if you try it! It's a small, warm, and perfect breakfast for me for the winter and I'm so glad I started trying it out! 😊
This is why you don’t wear shorts to deadlift day, you wally 🤦🏻♀️ Couldn’t get the damn bar all the way up because it stuck to my legs cause it was 34 degrees and training in an old warehouse gets hoootttttttt af in outback Australia 🔥Should’ve brought talc!
My heaviest deadlift since returning to the gym. 1x1 at 122.5kg... not gunna lie, it felt tough and I can see my technique isn’t as strong as it was 😒 More things to work on in the coming few weeks! Other than this, I had a fucking epic session at the gym and walked out feeling so gewddd 🙌 Days like today make me feel on top of the world 🌎 Stoked with those powerlifting newbie gains... I have increased from 30kg neutral grip pull downs to 50kg in just 4 months 😏 Even bigger gains to come 💪🏼 #chasingthosegains
