Making 'Blu' at @corzanoepaterno near Empoli... Eleonora wraps the curds after 'blessing' them with penicillin laced whey. They'll age for two months before they're sold to restaurants around Tuscany. Some of the cheeses they make are bought by our very own @bocca_di_lupo in London. I'm here making cheese with them for the rest of the week, so I want to apologise in advance if my feed is a bit cheesy for a few days... #🧀

This piece of meat was cooked at a score of 🍅10/10🍅 ◾️ This meal overall was great to eat. However, I would've awarded a perfect 10 for the whole meal if I was given more dressing on the salad. The fattoush salad was partially dry, lacked consistency and was an unnecessary component if neglected and prepared incorrectly. The chips also lacked crunch and were inconsistent. I was looking for a golden crunch, I wasn't given that. Another negative of this dish is it's overall cost racking in at about $17. Despite these faults this dish remains a tasty option for anyone looking for a quality schnitzel in the western Sydney area. ◾️Casual restaurant atmosphere. Food is available eat in or takeaway. Prices of food vary in accordance to eat in or take away. The prices are average but can be high. The customer service is efficient. Waiting time for food didn't exceed 15 minutes and was fresh and hot overall.
