I like to finish shoulder workouts with a little landmine front press.
Also great for chest. For my core I keep flexed, I keep it tight. Inhale at the bottom, exhale at the top
Success takes time, dedication, determination, and hard work. You can accomplish any goal as long as you stick to it. For some, it may take 2 years. For others it may take 10. The key is to never back down and to never quit no matter how tough things get. Stay focused on the road ahead, not what's beneath your feet.
Time to get back on the horse. Will be easing back into the diet and prep. Been working closely with my diet coach @davekalick while living a fairly normal life, normal foods. The best part of not competing for me is the freedom I have with my foods, training, traveling and work. Maintaining sub 10% body fat so cutting down to 4-5% will be a breeze. I want to thank everyone for all your support.
Entering my 3rd week of dieting. Cardio has been increased, calories will stay the same. Slowing seeing changes week by week. I'm on top of my daily pics to look back on and see day-day changes. My hunger to be the best only grows. #cpfitness#physique#1stplace
