Quick and satisfying breakfast to keep you energized in the morning 💪
Fill glass/jar/bowl with oats and cover with almond milk or liquid of choice. Place in fridge overnight.
Combine 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 1/4 to 1/3 c liquid (i.e. Almond milk). Let soak overnight in fridge.
The next morning: In jar with overnight oats, layer Greek yogurt, fruit, honey, and chia pudding. Top with chia pudding, fresh figs, honey, and pepitas. Mix and enjoy!
Choccy chia pudd. Make base pudding with chia, yogurt and honey. Add some fancy... cocoa for choc, jam for fruit, vanilla for vanilla. Pick some edible flowers from the garden to make it feel like you're out for brunch!

As someone who works out 60% so I can eat and the rest for mental health I've been walking around HANGRY & depressed. Not fun 😓. Anyway I'm having a version of this for lunch. Chia pudding w/almond milk, strawberries, cantaloupe & mint. Wish it was Chicken & Waffles which I've been craving but oh well 🤷🏾♀️

Warm peanut butter chia pudding ✔️
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp Maca Powder
1 cup almond mylk
Heat all ingredients on medium heat on the stove for about 5 mins until thickened

2 Day lunch prep. Super easy and filling chia buckwheat puddings! Blend: 1c almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder 1tsp spirulina and 1 banana. Add 1 Tbsp chia, 1.5 tbsp buckwheat and 1 c cherries to jars. Add blended mixture and refrigerate!

All what you need for the recipe:
1 cup plantbased milky (use oat)
1/4 cup chia seed
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp of ME Moringa powder
2 tbsp of coconut yogurt.
Combine your Moringa powder and oat milk and maple syrup using whisk. Stir the chia seed in and live 1 or 2 hours, stirring frequently during the first 10 minutes. After that time take about half of your puffing and combined it with the coconut yogurt (that the ligth layer). 🌿Enjoy !
Vanilla Chia Pudding with homemade blueberry jam - breakfast from heaven😋💜🙋🏻 Ingredients:
🍓1 cup coconut or almond milk
🍓4 tbsp white chia seeds 🍓tsp vanilla extract 🍓Tbsp fresh orange juice (add zest if you like)
🍓Maple syrup, raw honey or rice malt to taste
Mix together well and transfer to serving jars. Refrigerate
Jam 🍓1 1/2 cups preferred frozen berries 🍓 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice 🍓 2 tbsp water, as needed
🍓Maple syrup or raw honey to taste 🍓 1 tbsp chia seeds
