OVERNIGHT OATS:
Fill glass/jar/bowl with oats and cover with almond milk or liquid of choice. Place in fridge overnight.
CHIA PUDDING:
Combine 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 1/4 to 1/3 c liquid (i.e. Almond milk). Let soak overnight in fridge.
RECIPE:
The next morning: In jar with overnight oats, layer Greek yogurt, fruit, honey, and chia pudding. Top with chia pudding, fresh figs, honey, and pepitas. Mix and enjoy!

Happy Monday 🤔?! Not so much…Today marks the 4th week since I've injured myself dancing 🤦🏾‍♀️so I haven't able to properly workout & it's KILLING me. As someone who works out 60% so I can eat and the rest for mental health I've been walking around HANGRY & depressed. Not fun 😓. Anyway I'm having a version of this for lunch. Chia pudding w/almond milk, strawberries, cantaloupe & mint. Wish it was Chicken & Waffles which I've been craving but oh well 🤷🏾‍♀️

Warm peanut butter chia pudding ✔️
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Oats 
1 tbsp peanut butter 
1 tbsp Maca Powder 
1 cup almond mylk 
Directions✔️
Heat all ingredients on medium heat on the stove for about 5 mins until thickened 
Mix through some honey or rice malt syrup and enjoy🙌🏻🍃🌱 CHIA✔️ chia is the best superfood! It has so amazing benefits and healing powers !

Here was my post-workout and yoga breakfast: Smoothie Chia Pudding (see recipe below), layered with sliced bananas and topped with a Calendula flower. This smoothie pudding is dedicated to the sweet, real and inspiring Josephine @skin_healing because she also loves Calendula especially in wonderful skin products. 😃Check out her recent post to see her skin product share to soothe eczema. 😍
With that said, here is my pudding recipe: ❤️Smoothie Chia Pudding❤️
Serves 2
5 bananas
2 large pears
5 dried figs
1 T chia seeds, ground to a powder
2 extra bananas, sliced.
Mix all the ingredients, except for the extra bananas, in a blender until creamy. Layer the pudding between the sliced bananas. This Moringa chia pudding, topped with fruits and coconuts flakes is the best energy-booster to start a new week. 
Regram 📸 @oatmeal_stories 
All what you need for the recipe: 
1 cup plantbased milky (use oat)
1/4 cup chia seed 
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp of ME Moringa powder
2 tbsp of coconut yogurt.
Direction:
Combine your Moringa powder and oat milk and maple syrup using whisk. Stir the chia seed in and live 1 or 2 hours, stirring frequently during the first 10 minutes. After that time take about half of your puffing and combined it with the coconut yogurt (that the ligth layer). 🌿Enjoy !

Ingredients
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
Frozen blackberries
Frozen raspberries
Frozen blueberries
Dried cranberries
Pumpkin seeds
Flaked almonds
Desiccated coconut

Combine the chia seeds and coconut milk in a jar with lid. Shake well and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve the chia pudding with the berries, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut and almonds
Enjoy!
