I love cosy evenings where we can snuggle with a blanket and dig into a bowl of yummy noms together! I’m finding a little homemade chia pudding is really helping with the healing process of my stomach and is really soft and easy digestible. I always soak my chia seed first though and eat a little at a time as it’s very filling but it’s also packed with healthy fats and plant protein that help repair tissue damage 😉 Today I am going to take a light yoga class then get my bake on to make a Christmas cake ✨

BlackBerry nice cream
1 cup of frozen berries
2 frozen bananas
2 tbs coconut yogurt
Blend until thick and creamy 
Creamy chia pudding 
1 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tbs coconut yogurt
1 tbs coconut nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk everything together in a bowl and allow to soak for 2-3 hours ( I always prepare mine beforehand so it’s ready ) stir well and serve chilled. 
Finish with fresh strawberries 🍓 blueberries, quinoa puffs, dark chocolate and chocolate truffle balls 😍

🌿Per lo strato di canapa:
3 cucchiai di @Iswariofficial Risveglio di Buddha a base di proteine della canapa mescolate con 1 tazza circa di latte di soia.
Combinate gli strati a piacere per una colazione piena di energia o uno spuntino sano.👍

I mean, reversing diabetes and insulin resistance, lowering blood pressure, preventing premature aging, and helping with digestive health, just to name a few. These seeds are packed with antioxidants, calcium, dietary fiber, and protein. 2 tbs. are 1 net carb, and they are incredibly filling, suppressing appetite between meals. You bet I’m going to make chia pudding a regular part of my diet!

Chia pudding layer 😍🎉 Ideal bien frió. Para merienda o desayuno, cargado de vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes. Además omega 3 de las semillias de chia. Ayuda en los procesos desinflamatorios del cuerpo, regula los niveles de azúcar en sangre, entre un montón de beneficios (sean curiosos e investiguen 😊)
Y por si era poco, por la cantidad de fibra que contiene, te vas a sentir saciado por mucho tiempo. 
CHIA PUDDING:
Simplemente se mezclan las semillas de chia (3 cucharadas por taza de líquido aprox) con el líquido: puede ser leche de su preferencia, yo use de coco (post anterior) si no pueden usar yogur también y queda más espeso.
Mezclan todo y a la heladera. Remover cada media hora dos veces y dejarlo toda la noche o unas 4-5 horas. Las semillas liberan un mucílago que hago que quede gelatinoso (consistencia tipo postrecito) y aumentan su volumen. 
Pueden agregar miel, stevia, esencia de vainilla, cacao, coco, etc!

HELADO DE BANANA Y CEREZA:

Chia pudding layer 😍🎉 Ideal bien frió. Para merienda o desayuno, cargado de vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes. Además omega 3 de las semillias de chia. Ayuda en los procesos desinflamatorios del cuerpo, regula los niveles de azúcar en sangre, entre un montón de beneficios (sean curiosos e investiguen 😊) Y por si era poco, por la cantidad de fibra que contiene, te vas a sentir saciado por mucho tiempo. CHIA PUDDING: Simplemente se mezclan las semillas de chia (3 cucharadas por taza de líquido aprox) con el líquido: puede ser leche de su preferencia, yo use de coco (post anterior) si no pueden usar yogur también y queda más espeso. Mezclan todo y a la heladera. Remover cada media hora dos veces y dejarlo toda la noche o unas 4-5 horas. Las semillas liberan un mucílago que hago que quede gelatinoso (consistencia tipo postrecito) y aumentan su volumen. Pueden agregar miel, stevia, esencia de vainilla, cacao, coco, etc! It was so yummy and I'm so excited to experiment more with Chia Pudding and see how many flavors I can make!! 🌱1 dose de Whey protein (usei esse de cacau e maca peruana da @giroil ) 🌱1 colher de sopa de chia
🌱1 colher de sopa de geleia (usei a de mirtilo) 
Depois de separar os ingredientes é só colocar o Whey num boll com um pouco de água (misturar até ficar um creminho), acrescentar a chia e deixar na geladeira de um dia para o outro. Acrescentar a geleia no outro dia 😍

No fancy names this time😜, just a simple *Aloe-cashew chia pudding* with some cinnamon & nutmeg flavoured blackberry sauce. This serves as a great healthy breakfast/ snack packed with fibre and protein. 
This was my first attempt and it tasted yum, if I do say so myself. 
I used some good ol’ cashew milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, blackberries and Forever Aloe Vera Gel for added nutrients 😋

Peanut Butter Chia Pudding🥜🍴😊 For the Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter
2-3 tbsp. maple syrup to taste
pinch salt

For the Cinnamon Simmered Apples
2 apples,  peeled and diced
2 tbsp. water plus extra
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
pinch salt

Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Place all ingredients in a mason jar (or other sealable container) and stir well. Cover and optionally give it a good shake to ensure everything is blended.

Refrigerate overnight.

Cinnamon Simmered Apples

Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir to incorporate.

Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and allow to simmer until apples are tender and most of the liquid has cooked off, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a few more splashes of water during cooking if the mixture becomes too dry.

♦️ How to attach kiwi to the glass?

⭐️ Make sure your glass is dry
⭐️ Make kiwi slices as thin as you can
⭐️ It’s better to use softer fruit than too hard. The softer it is the easier it will be to attach to the glass...

♦️ How to make coconut chia pudding so thick?
.
⭐️ Try different cans of coconut milk (I’ll tell you one secret: coconut cream is exactly the same as coconut milk just with less water. So different brands add different amount of water to the coconut cream. You can even buy a can with coconut cream and dilute it with water by yourself: cheaper and you will get consistency you want).
⭐️ Use more coconut flakes. I add 1-2 tbsp of coconut flakes. If my pudding is still too runny, I add even more. Also, if you blend coconut milk with coconut flakes together you will get a smoother texture.
⭐️ To thicken - keep it in the fridge longer (even overnight).

♦️ Where did you get your cherries from?

⭐️ In Sydney today was almost 40C (yep, super hot) so they are in season now. If you are lucky and live somewhere cooler and don’t have access to cherries - use any other red berries: raspberries, strawberries etc. You can even buy frozen ones!
