-use whatever quantity floats your boat
-mix together and set overnight

Start the day right with our Chia Seed breakfast pots! These gorgeous little pots are packed with omega 3 and will give you sustained energy till lunchtime 💪! Recipe below
Serves 2 to 4
50g chia seeds
200ml coconut milk
Blueberries and raspberries
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
For the raspberry purée
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
Mix the chia seeds and coconut milk in 1 large bowl with the vanilla , cinnanmon and honey bowls and stir well. Leave to soak for 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until the seeds swell and thicken when stirred. Divide between 2 to 4 bowls depending on how hungry you are.
Meanwhile, combine the purée ingredients in a small food processor, or blitz with a hand blender. Swirl a spoonful into each bowl, then scatter with the berries and some granola for crunch. Will keep in the fridge for 1 day. Add the toppings just before serving. Can make night before.
Matcha chia seed pudding: 1/4 cup chia seeds, one cup cashew milk, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 tsp honey, handful goji berries. Let sit overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning with some fresh fruit or bee pollen on top ⚡️
