💪Last Saturday CTF Trainer Amy had the honor of training Marine Officer Candidates in the Chicago area. Each month this group of men and women take on new challenges to help prepare them mentally and physically for Officer Candidate School. This month the group crushed a rigorous advanced CTF workout.

Working with Linda to rehabilitate some of her nagging issues. This is our 4th session. She is swinging the kB perfect! Now that we have form dialed in we can work on strength which will lead to health.

We held an awesome #mobility workshop yesterday featuring the @hyperice 2.0 roller and Hypersphere - vibrating mobility tools. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good session with my standard #foamroller but there are days where I’m just not feelin it (aka lazy)... with the Hyperice 2.0 though, foam rolling is an f’n treat. It gets work done and a massage at the same time - yes please. Going to incorporate it into my daily routine starting ... NOW‼️
