First time making Dak Galbi - ie Korean spicy chicken with rice cakes. Spicy, warm and extremely comforting...I think this may be my new go to for the winter months!! Chicken, bok Choy, peppers and king oyster mushrooms with rice cakes, the sauce is gochujang, black bean paste, homemade chili sauce, garlic, ginger, Chinese rice vinegar, fish sauce and thinned with some chicken stock.
