Sweet Potato + Hummus Bowl - If I could sum up my feed this year with one word, it would be “bowls”.... Lots of them. And if I could share some of my favorite ingredients in one bowl, you’d be looking at it right here: roasted sweet potato coins + creamy homemade hummus + pomegranate seeds + warm kale + chickpeas + radishes (to add a little crunch) + sesame seeds. Just need some avocado slices and I’d be set. What have your favorite ingredients been this year?

Anyone else using this weekend to clean and decorate for the holidays? 🙋🏻♀️I’m almost done going through literally everything in my place and getting rid of the things that are no longer needed or don’t bring me joy (thanks to @mariekondo’s book, which I’ve been following to a T). I can’t explain how much lighter and positive my place already feels. I think a minimalist lifestyle is going to do me wonders. ❤️

Allergy free pancakes!
Obsessed with chickpea flour at the moment! This flour is gluten free and high in protein, iron and fibre. It also transitions very well into a lot of recipes.
1 cup chickpea flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup + 2 bsp water
Add all dry ingredients together then whisk in the wet ingredients to make a batter. Then cook them as you while normal pancakes.
We added choc chips to our pancakes... cause chocolate...😉
