The combination of white vinegar and white wine vinegar is also a great combination as it balances the sauce out, while delivering a bit of a tang, but not nearly as strong as it would be with just normal White Vinegar, I am also impressed by the fact that there is both orange and red habanero mash used in the sauce. Pour: A loose sauce, but not incredibly thin, as you do get small chunks of ingredients throughout the sauce that helps to add some density to the sauce. Nice light orange color. Taste: I love Caribbean style sauces, and this is a fantastic one. Instantly you get this strong fruity and citrus flavor from the clementine and habanero peppers, but then the granny smith apples come into play which mixes well with the vinegar to create a tangy sour yet sweet fruity combination that works incredibly well, as both the orange habanero mash and red habanero mash intertwine and connect with all the ingredients very well, and the spices added to the sauce help to give extra flavor and balance. The sauce does have a stronger vinegar flavor but is not overwhelming. I would have to give this sauce a 9.5/10 on flavor as it knocks it out of the park. Heat: This sauce would be marked at a perfect “Hot” level, as both habaneros will give you an instant sting that lingers for a while. I would give this a 6/10 on heat. #hotsauce#hotsauces#hotsauceoneverything#hotsauceinmybag#hotsaucelover#hotsauceaddict#chilihead#chiliheads#chilisauce#pepperhead#peppersauce#spicysauce#spicyfood#spicyfoods#spicyspicy#carribeanfood#elixir#habanerosauce#clementines
From the other morning with at our day date with Greg ❤️ one of the things that I am so grateful for with working at Chili’s is that it’s given me a great friend in Gregkins. I seriously couldn’t imagine what it would be like if we weren’t at the same location! I adore him, and he and Barrett just love each other. Like really, how often can you say that you love hanging out with your coworkers outside of work! You’re the best, boo 😘 @gregory_patrick_jude #thethreebestfriendsthatanyoneseverhad#daydate#workbff#chilis#chiliheads

Smell: An interesting and light aroma, as you get the complexity of multiple variants of vinegar combined which mixes with the dehydrated arbol and guajillo peppers, to give off a tangy and smoky aroma, but overall has a savory aroma throughout, as the onion, shallots, garlic and spices mix together with the vinegar and chilies to deliver a savory and lightly rich aroma, while hints of the habaneros signature fruity sweetness can be found just a little bit. Pour: An extremely thick sauce as I had to smack it around a bit to get it out of the bottle, but not very chunky. It has a dark tomato paste like color which suites the sauce well. Taste: This sauce has an incredibly creamy mouth feel as it hits your palate, yet has a tangy acidity level, while providing a savory, roasty and slightly bitter flavor profile. Right as soon as the sauce touches your mouth, you are going to taste the tangy combination of the various types of vinegar, and the apple cider vinegar mixes well with the habanero peppers, while the white wine and red wine mix well with the dehydrated arbol and guajillo peppers, and in general the distilled vinegar helps add that extra tang and zip to it all. The sauce itself is not sweet at all, which will please a lot of people who don’t like sweet hot sauces, while the combination of onion, shallots, and garlic add extra flavor and help to balance the sauce. This is a sauce that would be excellent on pizza, or grilled chicken and beefs. I would give this sauce a 9/10 on flavor. Heat: This sauce is extremely mild, with the combination of the dehydrated peppers and a hint of habanero, this sauce gives you a slight tingle on the tongue, but can be enjoyed by nearly everyone. I would give this a 2/10 on heat. #hotsauce#hotsauces#hotsauceoneverything#hotsauceinmybag#hotsaucelover#hotsauceaddict#chilihead#chiliheads#chilisauce#pepperhead#peppersauce#spicysauce

Smell: Beautifully aromatic, as the smell is not overwhelming but incredibly unique and satisfying, as you get instantly hit with the peaches in the forefront, along with a heavy sweet citrus note coming from the Peach Habanero Peppers, that combine with the actual peaches to deliver a fierce reign of peach and citrus aromas, while the onion and roasted garlic come in the middle ground, as the roasted garlic sticks out just a hair more, giving the sauce a sense of balance and savory notes. The Apple Cider Vinegar is the perfect type of vinegar for this sauce as it helps to add to the flavors instead of taking away, while subtle notes of honey can be found in the background. Pour: It has a thick consistency, but only slight medium level chunks seen throughout this vibrant orange colored sauce. I am going to assume the orange carrot is the ingredient used to thicken the sauce. Taste: Wowzers, this stuff is incredible! Right as soon as the sauce touches your tongue, you get this bright fruity and citrusy flavor from the peaches and peach habanero peppers, that really shine on the palette, which combines with the apple cider vinegar to further add to the brightness of this full-bodied sauce. The roasted garlic really shines in this sauce to add a hint of a roasty flavor that combines well with this tangy and smooth sauce. The onions and orange carrot add further depth to the sauce, while the honey hits you with a touch of sweetness at the end of the flavor journey. The uniqueness of using peach habaneros really makes this sauce special, and is executed fantastically. This sauce can be used on a variety of foods. I would have to give this sauce a solid 10/10 on flavor! Heat: This is the perfect lower medium level heat sauce that can be enjoyed by virtually everyone, 3.5/10 on heat. #hotsauce#hotsauces#hotsauceoneverything#hotsauceinmybag#hotsaucelover#hotsauceaddict#chilihead#chiliheads#chilisauce#pepperhead
