01/15/2018—————— $11.95 Fu Zhou Fried Rice - the wok flavor in the rice is pronounced. You can tell it was prepared right. A MUST HAVE.———
$6.95 Spicy Beef Tendon - a sweet, spicy cold dish. Thinly sliced tendon. Chewy but full of flavor. ————
$6.95 Chinese Beef Roll- sort of like a pastry with veggies and meat. Comes with a very garlicky sweet sauce to dip. Also a must have!————
$7.5 potstickers - can’t say too much about it. Your average potsticker———
$7.5 Chinese cabbage and pork dumplings - the dough thick enough to feel satisfying when you bite in and the filling is hearty. ———
$10.95 Salt & Pepper Fish Filet - fried fish; delicate, tender and moist inside; crispy outside; love eating the little garlic slices and onions with it————
$8.95 beef noodle soup- like Chinese beef stew but with their homemade noodles👍🏻————
$8.95 Da Lu Combination Noodle Soup - chicken stock with chic thigh meat and egg and homemade noodles. Very clean and satisfying finish. A great winter dish.————
$9.95 Pan Fried Noodles Dry with Beef - combine the crispy noodles with the gravy and you have a pleasing crunchy texture. Typical Hong Kong style.————— Can’t believe it was my first time here yesterday... I’m coming back.
Tucked away in a little village amongst high rise buildings in the city outskirts, this restaurant serves honest simple delicious food. Could not stop stuffing myself with morsel after morsel of deliciousness.

my favorites from the lot are Song Fish Head with Special Homemade Sauce & Claypot Black Pepper Prawn Vermicelli.
the former with fresh fish meat that is tender and goes perfectly well with the mildly spicy sauce and crispy pork lard. the latter with glass noodles that got very tasty from the sweet huge prawns and moreish black pepper sauce, tantalizing much!

Did you know that the modern Yu Sheng was crafted and popularised by four expert chefs in the 1960s?
Well-known to be the 'Four Heavenly Kings' in Singapore, Chef Than Mui Kai, Lau Toke Pui, Hooi Kok Wai, and Sin Leong decided to pre-mix the Yu Sheng sauces in order to ensure a balanced taste for each dish as compared to the past when diners mixed the sauce themselves. The popularity of this Yu Sheng recipe then soared and spread overseas. #conradcny#yusheng
