Last week I made this chocolate porridge with sliced banana, peanut butter sauce and almonds on top💪🏼
I wish this could be severed in front of me this morning, since I am surrounded by a big moving mess😩
🍫 Chocolate porridge 🍫
Vous aimez le chocolat noir ? Moi oui ! Je trouve le goût très fin et délicieux. En plus le chocolat noir est bourré de magnésium 😉. On a souvent l’habitude de la pâte à tartiner choco-noisettes mais aujourd’hui j’ai testé une pâte à tartiner au chocolat noir sans lactose. C’est la marque Jardin Bio de @leanatureparis . La teneur en cacao est forte ce qui fait qu’au lieu d’en mettre une tonne, un demi cuillère à café suffit. Le goût se sent vraiment, elle est délicieuse 🤤. J’en parlerai en détail dans mon article sur le blog.
Bref, du coup pour le choco porridge, j’ai utilisé du lait d’avoine, un mix de flocons de riz et d’avoine, du cacao 60%, quelques noix et une demi cuillère de cette délicieuse pâte à tartiner... Pour un matin chocolaté 😏

•IS THERE A BETTER COMBINATION THAN CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER?• Yes there is! Add in some chick peas, oats and courgette and that is breakfast done! Ok yes it sounds weird and a bit gross. Trust me, it’s AMAZING🙌. Sounds complicated, but it’s really not. I’ve made zoats (courgette oats) and thrown in what was left of my chocolate hummus and drizzled over some of homemade peanut butter (and put in a couple of chunks of @greenandblacks 85% chocolate). While I was away last week, my mum left me some peanut butter that she whipped up in her @vitamix. She knows me too well - that was such a wonderful surprise ❤️.
Who’s up for this - it’s protein porridge oozing with chocolate 🍫 with a gorgeous peanut butter drizzle!! Happy hump day everyone!
Chocolate porridge to start my day today. I wrote everything down yesterday and I’m pretty sure I ate less as a result. Not that eating the right things is a bad thing but I didn’t need any more food. I wasn’t left feeling hungry.
So I’m giving SP a whirl from today. The only thing I’m worried about is lunchtime as I haven’t got any soup left. I’ll grab something today and make sure I’m more organised for lunches for tomorrow.

•HUMMUS IN MY PORRIDGE - SAY WHAT?• This really is a game-changer! Remember that chocolate hummus I knocked up over the weekend and slathered over toast 🍫? Well....it’s now a dollop in my porridge 🥄. Seriously, why have I not done this before? It’s high in protein, there’s no refined sugar and there’s masses of raw cacao powder in it = antoxidants. I’ve had a few people sound quite dubious about the chocolate/dessert hummus and I must admit I was a little too beforehand. But my golly does it work!
I’ve married the hummus up with some hemp seed hearts (a bit of extra protein and omega-3) and one of the gorgeous pears my husband baked last night (again no refined sugar, and the baking just brought out the natural sweetness of the pears 🙌). And I LOVE the combination of pears and chocolate - if you’ve never had it, you are missing out!!!!
Right, who’s willing to try the dessert hummus and feed back to me? 🙋🙋♂️🤞
Day 7 of the November #in10siveshred and still going strong 💪🏻Got my hands on some coconut 🌴 yoghurt so added it to my overnight oats smoothie bowl and it made a delicious addition 👅With these chilly mornings I might have to move on to chocolate porridge soon though brrr it was FREEZING ❄️on our dog walk this morning!!
