Jesus 🕊 The whole Coptic manuscript is just fleshed out details of the trial and judgment of Jesus. From saint Pilate we learned Jesus can disappear. From the scribes and Pharisees (Jews) and Judas we learned that Jesus can shape shift, and change his appearance. And that makes sense because.... Taking a cue from conscious niggas who love that Jesus hiding in Egypt verse, it apparently wouldn't be no thang. John 8 describes Jesus teaching in a temple to an audience, Jews pop up with the adulteress drawing a bigger crowd, and when they decided to stone Jesus on the spot......he ✌🏿hid himself✌🏿 and walked out 👀
Same book, two chapters later and Jesus is in Solomon's temple, the biggest temple ever as far as the bible is concerned, teaching during a party. Same thing happens, Jews roll up, and Jesus gets away again 👀👀 Don't matter how well you hide, even if you get the slip at first when somebody chasing you the first thing they gonna ask is "Where he go?" Except, they knew he could shape shift. Pay attention to how they only ever catch up to him while he's teaching; surrounded by people, never alone because it could be anybody 👌🏾 Same book chapter 20 after being crucified, Mary look him dead in the face and talks to him...and didn't know it was Jesus 👀 Mary, the whore, whose old profession revolved around men and been tagging along with 13 men didn't recognize her male God 🤔 Few verses later same book the whole squad hiding in a locked room, Jesus poofs inside, has to calm them down because they know who all in there but who's man is this, Mary didn't say "That's Jesus!", Jesus showed em what's up, and THEN they were cool 🤔
Same book a few verses later they hiding again 8 daddy's later this time with Thomas. Same scenario; locked doors, Jesus appears, nobody recognizes him AGAIN, he has to calm the crowd, addresses Thomas, and Thomas is relieved.
There is no ✌🏿Doubting Thomas✌🏿 otherwise they all doubters. Your pastor playing off yall emotions to earn that commission. Jesus was just a shape shifter...get off Thomas nuts and let him be great 😏
👣“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs in the kingdom of heaven.” -Matthew 5:3
I used to feel sorry for people that lived in “poverty.” I thought about how much life they were missing out on, because of their lack of material things. But over the years, I have experienced daily life with a variety of cultures in a variety of places with a variety of economic statuses, and I have to admit, that although my heart still breaks to see suffering and hunger, there is a special kind of community in some of these places with high levels of poverty.
Not all the time; there are most definitely exceptions… but often, I have seen poverty cause a beautiful humility and sense of community among neighbors. With no material possesions of which to boast or claim status, people humbly and joyfully serve one another. No one has everything, but it’s almost better that way. People learn to depend on one another – everybody learns to share and serve with what they have, because tomorrow they themselves may be the ones in need.
American culture is so focused on independence. I think that there are good parts of this. However, I think that our obsession with independence has in some ways driven us away from relationships and instead towards the arrogant road of believing we can do everything on our own, or at least the feeling that we should pretend we can.
But Christ tells us in His Word, that “blessed are the poor in spirit.” Blessed are the people who admit spiritual bankruptcy. Who recongnize their imperfection and desperate need for a savior, Jesus.
My home church is currently going through a series on the Sermon on the Mount, and I have been loving it! Did you know that the specific word that Jesus uses for “poor” in the orignial language actually means “absolutely destitute”? Absolutely destitute… we haven’t earned anything, yet through Jesus we are given EVERYTHING.
Blessed are the poor in spirit.
I know with all my heart that God is real. I know that He loves all of His children unconditionally- and we are ALL His children. I know that all things are according to His will. Things may not turn out the way we’d like them to and our lives may be different than we ever expected... But I’m the end, all things will work together for our good. If we will remain faithful and endure to the end with a smile, there will be so many blessings. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen. 💜 Please comment on any thoughts or impressions you have!

#synesthetemoment#synesthesia I saw this briefly in my room. Hovering in the air. Then I’m not sure if I fell asleep or not but I felt like it and I saw angels swooping down taking people to #heaven One in particular was an elderly lady with a pink cable knit sweater and a cane. As they got closer to Heaven they had new life. Thousands all over the planet bringing people to Heaven. #symbols#christiandreaminterpretation#christianity#christian#jesus#faith it’s my favorite color. I’ve seen different angels. Some look gold w/ fire for eyes; I’ve seen some that all had the same symbols on them. These looked like men but with white wings and a brown gladiator type of “skirt” and brown sandals., strong, very muscular. The ones with the symbols had large scythe like weapons made out of silver. They think earthly women are very beautiful; it has to do with emotions and the way we are spiritually when we are Godly ... we emit a type of light and color with our spirits. We are forbidden to them and they think men are fools. The key words are Godly women, the ungodly do not shine. It’s hard to explain; it’s like the color sings. Flowers sing in Heaven; everything sings. Everything has a musical note. #angels the unrepentant do not shine. It sounds funny/crazy but I dreamt once I had a flock of angels staring at me. #religion I was wearing a white seamless garment and very shiny, filled w/ joy. Walking around, everybody knows me there.
Heb 6:15 And so after waiting patiently, Abraham received what was promised.
Have you waited for anything deemed important to you for one day, one month, one year or 25 years? Abraham patiently waited for his promised child till it was humanly impossible to bear children. He wasn't just passively waiting but was active in the certainty that God will bring to pass what He promised. And God blessed him with a child!
The same is true for us today, we need to activate our patience virtue to receive God's promises.
At the end of it all, may it be said of you like Abraham that you patiently waited and received the promise. Amen

Let everything take second place to our care of our children, our bringing them up to the discipline and instruction of the Lord. If from the beginning we teach them to love true wisdom, they will have great wealth and glory than riches can provide. If a child learns a trade, or is highly educated for a lucrative profession, all this is nothing compared to the art of detachment from riches; if you want to make your child rich, teach him this. He is truly rich who does not desire great possessions, or surround himself with wealth, but who requires nothing…Don’t think that only monks need to learn the Bible; Children about to go out into the world stand in greater need of Scriptural knowledge. - St. John Chrysostom

So it says that Jesus had a private supper with Pilate on the 5th day off the week (Thursday) and Jesus blessed plate. Pilate was so impressed by Jesus he was willing to sacrifice his only begotten son instead of Jesus, should the masses continue pressing for Jesus to die 👀
It also says both Pilate and his wife Procla had the vision of an eagle soaring the heavens, dying, then soaring back to the heavens again, not just his wife 👀👀 It also says that the Jews wanted Jesus dead not for blasphemous teachings, but because all of his converts stopped going to the temples and paying tithes.....and Jesus could turn invisible of he wanted to to save himself 👀👀👀 And all ties into the canonized book we know today because Pilate states he finds no fault in Jesus during his judgment in all four gospels...his wife tells him not to be a part of it because she had bad visions...Pilate sent Jesus to Annas who then sent him to Caiphas who then sent him back to Pilate, and ain't nobody moving around and being tried in one day especially when there wasn't any private jets or motorized prisoner transports 👀👀👀🤔 And to this day Coptic Christians and Ethiopians consider Pontius Pilate a saint... #christianity#christ#sundays#threading#gospel#christian#preach#pontiuspilate#passionofchrist#thread#bible#believer#history
