Current Physique sitting at 186.2lbs which is exactly 3️⃣0️⃣lbs heavier than my last stage weight on July 21st. I'm pretty happy with the progress I have made during this current bulking phase. This by far the heaviest I have been in 15 years or so! The goal has been to gain 1lb a week during this aggressive bulk before I start cutting again in 2018!
Mentally this is when the journey gets tough. It's hard to see your body change from being lean and aesthetically pleasing to full and some extra fat 🐷🤣! Loosing lines and abs are nowhere to be found 😂💀! While cardio for me currently sucks while sprinting or doing HiiT yet I'm trusting the plan I set forth and staying the course.
This is part of the process set forth to improve my overall Physique for 2018! While I currently dislike the "chuff" 🤣 look I will continue to trust the process for improvements in the near future.
